Perhaps some things could be improved at the shower (curtain) but that would be a minor issue.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the sea view from the balcony is really nice. The host was very kind and helpful with advices and recommendations and helped us rent a car that was delivered to the property. I enjoyed the coffee and breakfast by the pool at the pool bar and the good conversations with the owner. About 30 mins walk to the town centre but with the benefit of a quiet location with a nice sea view. I would definitely recommend this place and I would be glad to return there.

The mega steep hill to get to the hotel, take it slow and easy.

The view and the hotel itself was amazing, I've travelled a lot but this building with its brown glass doors was so beautiful. Akis was very friendly and funny. He drove us to the pharmacy for medicine after checkout.

We visited during peak season and, without a rented car, it can be a bit difficult to find a bu or a taxi to get to different beaches or city center.

the parking , no breakfast , basic room clean tho it has all you need also I dont like that you have to close the balcony . if it wasn't for the host that made the experience amazing I wouldn't rate this hotel that high. he did everything he even works in the bar he informed us about everything we will need and amazing information .

The friendly host he even got out of his way to take us to the port of skiathos with his own car without charging us and he even had to drop his daughter on the way and she had to go out of her way cause of us that was very kind of her to do so . the location a bit far you need a car and we had but still the parking was a bit hard on top of that road very steep. The kitchenette in the apartment is not well equipped. Some utensils are missing, but everything else is excellent.

This beautiful little hotel is just 5 minutes away by car/bus from Skiathos centre. The view from the room is incredible. Very clean rooms and a sensation of feeling at home with the host Akis. I would like to personally thank Akis for picking us up at the airport without any extra cost and on his own will.

Bed was a bit hard for our liking. Property is located up a steep sloped road which may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues unless driving but personally wasn’t a problem for us

On the room, being picky, the shower does need a little more water pressure but this was not a big thing. There is a decent hill climb to the property. I would at least recommend getting a taxi from the airport then you can judge it for yourselves. We should have hired a car and will be doing if we go back to Skiathos

We both like to explore new places and not return to the same place twice but we are seriously tempted at Villa Melia. I have never slept so well in a bed away from home, the views each morning are breath-taking and the relaxed approach to everything made this a very special holiday. The villa is ideally located for ourselves, outside of the main town. near a bus stop and a local beach. We did not engage with the owner, Akis, too often, but when we did, he was very helpful and informative. He did give a brief introduction to the whole island when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble.
