Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomI know the area very well, as I grew up on the island. You will need a car to visit a beach or Rhodes town. Taxis are not too expensive ( 25 Euros one way for a 15-minute ride), and buses are also available, luckily I used my mums car.
I’ve just stayed a few nights at House Marigo Suites in Koskinou, and I’ve got to say, it’s a top spot. The location is ideal – far enough from the noise of Rhodes Town and Faliraki to feel peaceful, but close enough to pop over for a bit of exploring or the beach. Koskinou itself is a charming village with colourful houses – perfect if you like a good Instagram snap. The room was really comfortable, with air conditioning that worked perfectly (a must in Greece). The bed was even better than mine at home, and the kitchen had everything you’d need – though I wasn’t exactly planning to cook on holiday. Still, it’s great if you want to make breakfast. The WiFi was fast too, so no problems checking maps or streaming. Kalithea Springs is under 10 minutes away by car and definitely worth a visit for some peace and stunning views. The airport’s about 20 minutes away, so no last-minute panic getting to your flight. Koskinou village has all the basics you’ll need, and it’s still cheap – you can get breakfast for less than 5 euros (coffee and pastry). Plus, there are some excellent tavernas nearby for proper Greek food – just Google restaurants in Koskinou.

United KingdomThe property was absolutely beautiful! Even better than the pictures. We’d spend each evening in the stunning outside area before heading just down the lovely little Greek streets, to the most fabulous little authentic Greek restaurants. The apartment couldn’t be in a better position for exploring Rhodes. The host George went above and beyond- he was always on hand to help, even booked us a taxi to Rhodes one evening. Nothing was too much trouble. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Best stay I’ve ever had.

George offers a very comfortable and cosy housing. Everything was fully renovated and refurbished. The jacuzzi of course was the masterpoint. George offered us a bottle of delicious local wine. Thank you for everything, I can only recommend!

Austriahad a wonderful week in rhodes, thanks in large part to this great accommodation. The room was very modern and very clean. The location of the accommodation was great because there were a couple of really nice, typical Greek taverns just around the corner. The city of Rhodes is 15 minutes by car. Last but not least, the host was extremely friendly, courteous and tried very hard to make our holiday even better with his recommendations. would definitely vacation here again.

France- No windows at all in the accomodation so it was a bit smelly, un-ventilated and dark - Cleanliness: accomodation was cleaned every 4 days only. Further, when the 3 cleaners came in, it took them only 10 min to clean therefore the result was very poor. They didn't even vacuum the floor. - It was overall loud and we could hear the other occupants. Probably due to a poor insulation.
- Location is very good. At the heart of old Koskinou town. Very authentic. - Free car parking around - Size of the accomodation - Nice welcoming from the owner with an explanation for the accomodation and a small bottle of prosecco and fruit. It was very kind of her. - Washing machine and small kitchen were handy - Small terrace to share with other occupants but still nice to have.
