We stayed in 1- bedroom bungalow for 8 nights and really enjoyed with two small children. I would recommend this bungalow to everyone who like to be close to the beach, restaurants and all facilities but in a very peaceful acommodation with beautiful garden.

Villa Maria is a great place to stay in Sithonia. We stayed at Family studio with balcony, it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a family of three. The bathroom is clean and with hot water any time of the day. The beach is 2 minutes walking, is sandy with clear green, blue and dark blue waters. The village of Toroni is small but very charming. There are many taverns, bars and cafes. The owner owns the coffee restaurant Daluz which is on the beach and the food and drinks there are wonderful. There is a good supermarket, fish shop and butcher shop. I would be happy to recommend Villa Maria for those who want to enjoy the gorgeous sea in a beautiful location. And I want to thank Marios and his daughter and the employees there for the hospitality and care for the guests.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The property is perfectly located just steps from the beach, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, beach bars, and shops. The room itself was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you’d need — including a kitchen with all the essentials and a large balcony featuring a dining area. Highly recommended!

Place was perfect for our short vacation. Bungalows have big garden which was great for our little dog. It is close to beach, but it is also in quiet street that you hear no noise in the evening. We liked everything and Villa Maria was even more than we expected.

Close to shop and beach. Bungalow has air condition, coffee machine and microwave. Afternoon shadow, backyard for sport activities. Water in shower is always warm. Plenty of toiletries. Cleaning ladies come daily to take out the trash, change towers etc.

Nothing except maybe the mosquitos but it was out of anyone’s control

It is 1 min walking distance from the beach and 2 min from the local tavern. Also has great balcony with dining table and sofa. The staff were friendly and quite helpful. There are parking spots right next to the property. Dogs are welcome 🐶

Thank you Marios for your warm welcome. The host was very friendly, he upgraded us and gave us a junior suite, we were with two small children (3 & 4 years old). The room was clean, spacious, nice view from the balcony… I highly recommend Villa Maria and for sure we will come here again.

Very clean bungalows, one of the most comfortable we've been. The garden was nice and calm. We really enjoyed the morning coffee on the terrace before heading to the beach. Nice location to be based in since no just Toroni beach but also Kalamitsi and Klimataria beaches are not that far and Klimataria is one of the best in Greece!

Wi fi signal was very bad. They must improve it in future.

The place is very close to the beach, 1 min by walk. Rooms are new and clean. The stuff is very nice and willing to help all the time. They have also private parking place for the car.

Located really close to the sea. Most rooms have at least side seats view. The girl at the reception desk was super nice and friendly and made sure we have everything we need. The room was cozy with nice terrace. Sweet shared spaces, especially the sun deck on the roof. I’d choose the villa again, if staying in Toroni another time.

I liked almost everything. Marios is a great host and a fair guy, Smaragda at the reception was the best, great reception, always available and very kind. The room was excellent, super clean and comfortable. I loved the huge balcony and the sea view most. The parking area was covered so no exposure on ditect sum for the car.

The place was great! The host was very nice and friendly. The location is right at the beach, with multiple restaurants, beach bars, and shops around. The room was very well equipped and had a nice large balcony with a dining table and a kitchen and all the utensils you need in a kitchen.

That we booked only a few nights.... it was too short for the nice experience we had.

They were extremely welcoming, and the room we stayed in was with a large (SUP board large) terrace and a beautiful sea view. Hosts were there if you needed them, but otherwise, do not interfere. The room was specious, and the bed was comfortable. They also have a beachbar, which is among the best-looking ones, and you get 20% on sunbeds... if you plan to spend all day on a beach, this is awesome because they require minimal consumption, and you get all the facilities like showers, toilets, and comfortable chairs.
