We had a truly wonderful stay. The place was spotlessly clean, calm, and very well maintained. Our host was exceptionally kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a warm smile, which made us feel very welcome. The villa itself, as well as the entire complex, are not only beautiful but also incredibly cozy and charming. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a peaceful holiday. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to others.

In kitchen could have been more clean or renewed furniture, but it did not generate disapointment. A bar nearby played loud music till 1 am on Sunday ( once ).

The junior apartment have a very nice sea view, net mosquito installed everyware , confortable bed, well positionated a.c. , separate room for toilet and shower, deck with sunbeds included in price , very kind owners to met all requirements for optimal conditions.

This was our second time staying at Villa Maria, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect! 🏖️ The host is very kind, polite, and welcoming, always ready to help. He even gave us an upgrade to a better apartment — we are so thankful for that! He’s also very understanding and flexible — whenever possible, he goes the extra mile to help. For example, this time we needed to check in earlier, and he kindly arranged it without any problem. The whole place is clean and well-maintained, with white, fresh linens and towels, comfortable beds, and always hot water. You can really feel that the owners are constantly improving the place and care about their guests’ comfort. Each apartment has its own sun loungers on the grassy yard, and you can take them with you to the beach, which is just a few steps away — you literally go down a short path and you’re right there by the sea. 🌊 We highly recommend Villa Maria to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy place by the sea. Thank you so much — we’ll definitely be coming back again! 🙏💙

The most wonderful and warm hosts we ever had the pleasure of staying with in all of our travels. They went absolutely above our expectations in their efforts to provide us with the best vacation possible. The location is literally on the sea and has a wonderful private beach area with everything you need at your disposal. If you want to truly rewind and relax, this is one of the best options. I had a fantastic time in Mola Kaliva! I loved the all-the-time-sea-view and the sound of the waves. I really enjoyed the time out of season so it is was a quite and peaceful place. There were still good restaurants open, so you don’t need to cook for yourself. I also want to thank Kleanthis for his hospitality - you can ask him everything and he wants you to have the best time in his Villa Maria.

This place could by far be the best place we have ever been to. It was definitely breathtaking. Waking up to the sounds of the waves, the view (mountains of agean in the background, olive trees in the garden, and the sea in in front), the privacy and the hospitality of all those in the place are just few of the perks of staying there among many. The manager and his wife were so nice that they provide with all the information that you May need. They suggested lovely restaurants, breathtaking scenaries, and everything you need to know about the surroundings. How ever, since the place was so nice, we preferred to stay in, and sit in our terrace for some nights. It is far from the overcrowded Halkidiki, which provides you with the peace and quiet, and the energy that a vacation is to provide within you. If you like the crowd, you could visit nearby towns. If you like the peace and quiet, this is the best. As the sea has rocks in many parts of the Agean sea, you had better not forget proper sea shoes, which we already had. The sea was so clean. The furniture was very comfortable. We feel relaxed and we feel like going again next year.

Nice bungalow very spacious beautiful veranda most important the A/C and fridge were working perfectly. The beach right next to the facility, water is crystal clear, the beach terrace is great. But probably the best jewel of this resort are their owners which are very helpful, friendly and make you feel at home

Nothing bad.

The holiday in Halkidiki, Mola Kalyva at Villa Maria was sensational. The luxury suite we stayed in, right on the seashore, was amazing. New, equipped with absolutely everything you need, the waves of the sea, the wonderful water, but above all the exceptional people who manage the property made this vacation unforgettable. We will definitely be back. It should be mentioned that the tavern and the beach bar have been disbanded , but there are many other taverns in the area where you can eat and drink very well. One more observation: the beach is narrow, intimate and with stones, you need specific shoes to enter the water. The beach is not crowded and is very suitable for people looking for peace and relaxation. We thank from the bottom of our hearts the owners of the villa who offered us their food and whom we now consider friends: the kind and always available Mr. Kleanthis Spanos, his warm-hearted and wonderful wife Eliza (a perfect Frenchwoman) and their daughters, the small and sweet Diana and the ambitious Lemonia, but also the rest of the people who are close to them in this activity. Once again, thank you!!!🤗🤗

I have only one remark to the owner regarding the comfort of the beds. But this is my opinion, others may find them much more comfortable. ;)

The owner was very responsive. The place has indoor free parking. Close to main road. Excellent for the price! Nearby there are restaurants only 150m away at affordable prices.

Beautiful, peaceful location right on seafront. Owner very attentive and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Small, quiet village but has restaurants and small shops. Great base for exploring the area by car.
