There were no screens on the windows or doors, so if we kept them open mosquitoes were having a feast. The insect repellent that was provided in the room helped a bit, but was not totally efficient. There was also a cute cat that tried to get in the room one night, which would probably not be the best idea - so we had to keep the windows closed. Our room was on the ground floor, facing the pool area and the side of the hotel, so it lacked a bit of privacy unless the curtains were kept closed.

The room was lovely, super clean, with nice lighting and lots of power outlets, which was very convenient. The bathroom supplies were resupplied daily and the room was kept in mint condition by the cleaning staff. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was very clean and had shaded areas.

What a fantastic place you come to greece to chill out as soon as you walk into reception and check in you go literally into a peace coma it's set back on the hillside from the main seafront yet only a 5 min stroll into the bars and restaurants we were lucky enough to get the rooftop apartment so u can sit and enjoy sea views with complementary tea and coffee from the reception area the owner is a true gentleman he runs the villa for the love not for the money thankyou so much for a fantastic stay

The accomodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The room itself was spacious and the balcony provided a welcome place to sit in the evenings. While the pool and terrace area gave us a lovely place to sit and enjoy the cooling breezes. everything was very well maintained. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also great. a 10 minute walk to the centre.

The way down to the port is very busy, always having to dodge motorbike traffic, very few pedestrianised areas so take care. The owner has helpfully signed the way as best as he can both down to the port and back up from the port.

Amazing pool, we spent 2 afternoons by the pool as my daughter loved it so much. It was a nice peaceful place to be despite being only a 10 min walk to Spetses Port. The room was super clean and we enjoyed having the option to make our own meals and have it on the balcony. Helpful owner.

Great location, just 5 mins walk from the town. The villa is very pretty, well maintained and peaceful, with a lovely pool. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the complimentary coffee was very welcome in the mornings.

Not that it reflects on the hotel itself, the noise from some other guests getting back to their rooms in the middle of the night was the only negative of what was a really lovely stay.

The property is spotless as was the room. Exceptional cleaning team and the owner was always eager to help. The big swimming pool was a lifesaver as it was really hot. Not being on the main strip and away from the noise of the constant flow of motorcycles was great but meant that you had to hire a means of transport. I hired an e-bike which was helpful however in hindsight a moped would have been better to tackle the hills around the island and reach far out beaches. Coffee was always available in the lobby as was water in the fridge at cost price. Good value for money and I'll definitely book again.

Only thing I think could be improved is a bit more furnishings in the room. The room was quite large but ver sparsely furnished. Really could have done with bedside tables and lamps and a chest of drawers.

Immaculately clean. Good location, 10 mins walk from town. Lots of plug sockets in the room, tv, fridge, and dressing table. The owner sprayed little yellow lines on the road to help find the way to and from town, which was really helpful as the little lanes are confusing. Great pool area, not busy at all. Wonderful stay. Simple, clean room with AC and a balcony from which I could see the sea partially, despite being listed as Garden View. The owner Panos was very kind and responsive to my questions for directions and recommendations. The property is only five minutes walk from the sea, and about 15 minutes from the nearest hiking trail. Since it's located in a neighborhood and not the main street of the harbor, it's also very peaceful at night. To top it off, it has a lovely pool and complimentary coffee. For all this, plus the great price, I would definitely stay again.
