Love everything about the property. As good as the photos. The location is strategic but you need a car to go around santorini if you stay here. Thank you Stella and Sula for being attentive during our 3 days stay. Definitely come back here if ever come back to Santorini.

The only issue with this Villa is that it does not include breakfast. When I initially booked it said that breakfast was provided however, on arrival we found out that we would need to place our order with the local bakery and pay for this ourselves. As a recommendation I would say breakfast should be included especially at the price point we paid for the Villa.

I booked Villa Leon for our accommodation as we were getting married in Santorini and required a Villa with good views and enough rooms for our family. The pictures online were amazing but they did not do this beautiful Villa justice. We were surprised by how clean the Villa was and how accommodating the host/property manager was. Andreas ensured that our taxis were booked and gave us any information we needed to areas to hang out or to eat. Due to the language barrier he would place the order for us or even communicate with the restaurants. I cannot express how happy we were with our stay at Villa Leon and I continue to recommend it to our family/friends. Our cleaner was extremely friendly even with limited English she tried to have conversations. The rooms were kept clean to an immaculate standard. Overall we had such an amazing time at Villa Leon and would also recommend this as a wedding venue. The grounds were amazing and my photographer had a field day taking my wedding pictures here. Thank you Andreas and cleaner (can’t remember her name) for such as amazing stay at Villa Leon.

The WiFi did not always work.

We loved everything about this home, the landscape, the architecture, the view, the pool and hot tub and we made breakfast each morning. It was truly a special trip.

First of all, the property is absolutely beautiful. It’s so spacious it held eight people, two families at four. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, everyone have their own space. The private pool, private Jacuzzi, and you even had your own olive grove.

Location was far from the cities but we didnt mind it. Car / ATV rental was a must.

Everything was perfect! The privacy is the most important thing about this place. Most comfortable beds and we loved the pool and hot tub and almost used them everyday/night.

the Wi-Fi doesn’t work, your own transport is essential as taxi prices are extremely high. certain elements now need attention/maintenance eg broken door locks, outside lighting, some outside tiling. For the premium prices charged I feel things should be pristine.

The grounds could be maintained slightly better and I think the venue needs a spruce up especially for the price you pay. In terms of getting things like loo roll and towels it’s not a quick process either, from my experience. It was fit for purpose but more could’ve been done.

Decent location, me and my wife had our pre wedding prep here so lots of people were around and there was a lot of space.

Getting a message from one of the agents at 0030hrs on the first night of our stay, asking us to turn music down. We were all in bed! There was no apology when I explained this and that we had stopped playing music 3 hours before. Paying massively over the odds for a transfer from the airport, arranged by the agents; we used Booking.com for the return journey and it was less than half price. Being asked to pay a quite ridiculous amount to stay on for 3 hours after check out: I challenged this, waited two days for a reply, didn't get one so phoned the agent, who then got approval from her manager to reduce it by 50%. So unnecessary!

Our second visit to Villa Leon, so we knew what to expect, and it was as good as we remember. Having done the tourist bit first time around we spent more time enjoying the pool and hot tub. Excellent meals at local restaurants (Roza's, Argo, Pyrgos) The cleaners, who stayed in the basement flat, were friendly and always on hand to keep the property clean and tidy, replenish towels, etc.

I just loved this place - nothing negative whatsoever

Exceptional property with beautiful interiors , very hospitable and close to all major sights . Andreas was amazing and when we had a mishap with a rental car went out of his way to help . Ionia was also great and showed us all the places to visit during our stay
