Location was excellent, between two bus stops and 2 great beaches. Well stocked supermarket accross the road. We stayed in the one bed apartment which had everything we needed for our 5 night stay! Really comfy bed, spotlessly clean, bins emptied every day, beds made, towels changed frequently. Didnt try the breakfast so can’t comment on that but did use the bar in the evening for a cocktail which was delicious! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great

That was one of the best stays I had recently! Excellent location - near 3 beaches, two of which less than 10 minutes walk, many restaurants around, local supermarket across the street, bus stop. Room was spacious, with nice terrace and partial sea view. Super comfortable bed. Hosts and staff were amazing very helpful and accommodating, always there to assist. Breakfast was also nice.

Great location with easy access to bus stops, beaches and supermarket. Rooms cleaned daily with regularly changed fresh towels and bed sheets. Cecelia was lovely. Breakfast platters were amazing. Beds comfy and air con very efficient. We absolutely loved it and would stay there again.

Very nice comfortable rooms, with good storage and a most comfy bed. Balcony overlooking gardens and trees, and local house with small holding and chickens. Karina is run by a lovely friendly family who were very welcoming and always very helpful. They have a pretty garden and shaded terrace area. Supermarket opposite and plenty of tavernas along the road.

My only slight issue was the pillows were a bit hard for myself but there was nothing else I could say was wrong.

I have stayed twice at the property . The rooms are exceptionally clean with lovely bed linen , very modern, fridge, kettle , good storage and a nice shower. The hosts are family run and cannot fault their hospitality. They also offer a beautiful breakfast not included in price but lovely. The property is on the main road of Agia Paraskevi but easy walking distance to bus stop , beach and restaurants. The property has immaculate gardens around it if you want to relax.

Beautiful setting in a garden with drink and breakfast facilities if needed, which were delicious! The location was fantastic for local beaches and restaurants as well as easy access to Skiathos town on the bus!!! Would highly recommend and wish to stay again! Thank you for such lovely hospitality

No negatives at all

We only stayed one night, but we would have loved to stay for longer. Nikolas and his family were very welcoming, the room was extremely clean and comfortable bed. We also had a great breakfast. Amazing value for money.

Some cutlery and crockery items missing, probably due to the end of the season. A wonky toilet seat was annoying. Availability of sun longers in the outside space would have been a bonus.

A very comfortable apartment located close to Kolios beach and bus stop 15 which provides easy access to the rest of the island. With a supermarket and a selection of restaurants nearby there are plenty of food options available and the apartment has a choice of breakfast on offer which are presented to a high standard ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable start to the day. Nikos & Maria work hard to provide a lovely place to stay. The apartments are cleaned daily and towels are changed every 2 days, the bed was comfortable and the linen and towels of a good quality. We very much enjoyed the location and our stay at the Villa Karina.

Villa Karina is a lovely place to enjoy your holidays. Exceptional clean, gorgeous decor, and the breakfast was amazing! Clean linen and towels every few days. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. In the middle of the island in between bus stops 15 & 16. Two different beaches couple of minutes walk away, supermarket opposite and plenty of nice restaurants around the area in walking distance. A very good stay.

Villa Karina gets a 10 everytime from us! As soon as you walk through the gate into the lovely garden area you feel relaxed. The rooms are perfect, nicely decorated, very clean, with all the things you could need. Aircon is perfect, fresh towels every other day, and a smart tv! We will be back next year.
