Location, host, accommodation... everything amazing !

Excellent location at the beach. Accommodation is very comfortable with look at the sea and private beach in front of the entrance door. Accommodation is very peaceful for sleeping and minimum disturbances. The villa has private parking so you don't wary for your car. Garden is a masterpiece. Hosts are very hospitable and kind. Surrounding is amazing. Highly recommended for MTB bikers. In 5 minutes you are on the the Pelion mountain. All bike treks are easily accessible. Pelion, villages and the views from them are exceptional. Pure beauty!

Stathis is a great host! The apartment is clean and tidy, the yard is lovely, and the beach is quite decent.

Location - far enough from noise and lights Personnel - there for you with all they have, even from the garden(fruits) Parking facilities, the fact that the owner lives there and takes care of the house daily is a plus. The studio we rented wad everything we needed and was very clean.

There was nothing not to like. Anytime anything arose, I spoke to the owner, who was a super guy, and he sorted it. So any issues easily sorted

🌟🌟🌟🌟 Everything! The room is a small apartment actually. Fully stocked with anything you might need! The host is an exceptionally accommodating person, cared VERY much that everything is perfect, shared a lot of places to visit. Thank you Stathi!

You can tell someone is a good person by looking into their eyes, and that’s exactly what we saw in Stathis and his family – amazing hospitality from wonderful people. Staying at their property was a pleasure. We enjoyed the peaceful vibe of being close to the beach while still having privacy in the living area. Stathis recommended many beaches and places to visit since we didn't want to stay in one place. All his recommendations were fantastic and super helpful. His father, Thanassis, was the sweetest man on earth, always smiling and generously sharing fruits from the garden. We enjoyed every single day there, and the area around Platanidia is beautiful. Don't hesitate to visit – just remember, the house is on the left, and the sea is on the right, so it's impossible to miss! 😊

We were couple of friendly families with a lot of children and had a really great stay! There is huge green area where children can run and play as long as they want. Barbecue area with table, another sitting area with tables where you can also keep an eye on the children. Beach is just in front of the place. And it's really safe as the end of the road in 50 meters away so there are almost no cars passing by and no people around. Closest beach bar is 100m away and closet shop is 500m away.

We really liked the fact that the villa was directly on the beach, with a beautifull green garden, open for children in a quiet and secluded area. The host is one of a kind! He was very communicative and available. It was a pure pleasure!

Statis (the host) is a great guy, really attentive to all of our needs. The front yard and the garden are a piece of heaven! Plenty of space for the kids to run around and play ball. Convenient bbq area and lots of coffee options, fully equipped kitchen. The place is really quiet and the sea is right in front of the house. Perfect for a group of families with kids. Definitely would visit again!

Our stay with family Kallimanis was very joyful. The house was fully equipped for the comfortable living- comfy bed, all necessary kitchen utensils, a lot of towels, hot water any time, air conditioner. Wonderful territory with fruit trees, ideal grass and beautiful flowers. BBQ place is available. The see is just 20 meters from the entrance We are thinking to be back next year.

There is no beach next to the villa. Better to call it “coast line”. You can swim and have sunbathing there, but it is not so comfortable and nice as on a proper beach. However good one is app 20 mins by car. Which was not a problem for us

Excellent accommodation Everything is clean and cozy The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a toaster, coffee maker and hot water jug Always hot water and clean towels in the bathroom The beach is right in front of the house, and there are sunbeds that you can use whenever you need them for free The hosts are great and warm, always there to help with anything you need We were with a 5-month-old baby, and they gave us a crib Stathis's father is wonderful, he let us try some of the fruit they grow themselves, it was delicious - Καρπούζι, πολύ νόστιμο 😀 Definitely worth for the money

The place is beautiful, right to the sea side, very comfortable and cozy. It was very easy to go on the beach early in the morning. The host it’s just Great! The apartment it’s very, very clean, well equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, the shower room was perfect, the bedroom had air conditioning, very good wi-fi, the sunbeds and chairs are provided for use on the beach directly outside the villa. A lot of parking area. The garden looked amazing. The communication with the owner was great, the hosts are extremely kind.

Everything was just perfect. A very nice host, the location was perfect - calm and quiet, no bars and restaurants nearby. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

Location is in a lovely garden 20 meters from the beautiful sea. Also free sun loungers, bbq facilities and opportunity to eat in the shade. Air Con effective and balcony great for breakfast
