Nothing all excellent

Cannot speak highly enough of this charming boutique hotel in Corfu. From the moment I arrived, I felt less like a guest and more like a warmly welcomed friend. The attention to detail is impeccable—every corner reflects a tasteful blend of traditional Corfiot character and modern comfort. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches that make your stay both luxurious and personal. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. The team here strikes the perfect balance of professionalism and genuine warmth. Nothing feels rehearsed or forced—just a natural hospitality that makes you want to stay far longer than planned. The location is also ideal: close enough to explore the charm of Corfu town, yet tucked away in a serene setting that feels like your own private retreat. If you are looking for an experience that combines elegance, authenticity, and heartfelt care, this boutique gem is the perfect choice. I left with a lighter spirit and the firm decision to return.

There was nothing I didn't like.

A charming new boutique hotel run by a lovely couple who have thought of every detail. Cleanliness is a top priority for me when travelling, and this hotel met my expectations in terms of hygiene, as well as other aspects such as organisation, beautifully designed rooms with all the amenities you need, a well-equipped gym, a spacious swimming pool area and delicious breakfast each morning. I genuinely have nothing bad to say.

Villa K is a gem of a place. Just what we needed after a week of sailing with our three teens. The property has recently been lovingly restored. The owners have given so much thought and care to ensuring guests have the most wonderful experience. Karen and her small team went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. The location is excellent. A short walk to an incredible local restaurant and a little cove for sea swimming. It’s hard to leave the property though as the pool area is wonderful with lots of comfy day beds.

We had the most brilliant stay at Villa K! It was a dreamy retreat in total peace where every detail has been carefully thought of. The bed was firm and comfortable, the towels are fluffy, the room has a kettle, fridge, lovely soaps and moisturiser, a lovely big shower with rain head, great aircon, fly screens if you prefer the open air and they are stylish little oasis. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is welcoming, plenty of day beds in or out of the sun, a large chess board, ping pong table and the best hotel gym ever - reformer pilates beds and all the workout equipment you could need. The breakfast is a clever and fresh collection of healthy and indulgent options made to order by Karen and delivered with a smile and friendly conversation. All the staff are friendly and helpful. It feels as though you are staying in Karen's luxury home where she really wants you to have a wonderful time and accomodate your needs. We couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough!

Nothing .. it was absolutely perfect.

As soon as we got to Villa K , we had a warm welcome . The hotel is immaculate and so well designed, LOVED the interiors and the bedroom was so modern and comfy . Best night sleep we had since travelling round . Breakfast was made with love, and so so Good Nothing was too much trouble we felt spoilt. A personal experience with it being a boutique hotel . Which we much preferred. Close by restaurants, shops . Really enjoyed our stay thankyou for having us ! Will definitely be returning, shame it was only for the night!

I loved everything about our stay. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel truly welcomed by Karen and her husband, Pavlos. We arrived around 1030pm and they kept the kitchen open for us so we could eat. Karen is truly a gem - genuine, kind and funny! The hotel, pool and gym is 100/10! Literally nothing

I genuinely feel whatever we write, will not do our stay in Villa K justice. Karen, Paul and the whole team are incredible. The place is stunning. The amenities, design and execution of its finish are spot on. The pool is amazing, sun loungers comfy, cabanas gorgeous. There’s a bar and boutique shop right there next to you. Paul tends to the flawless grounds. The gym is amazing with state of the art equipment and the restaurant and bar team are the nicest, most accommodating people we met in Corfu. And with only 14 rooms it never feels crowded. It’s just perfect. It takes a lot to make you feel at home whilst on holiday but Karen, Paul and the team, succeeded. From the friendly conversations, home cooked food from Bridget, and genuine willingness to make your stay memorable, it was quite simply, perfection. It is all the small details that make Villa K a stand out property. Honestly, I don’t think I can fault it and coming from me, that says a lot! We will 100% be going back and will be telling anyone we know who’s planning a trip to Corfu to stay at Villa K.

Breakfast was not open bufe and you have few choices, my room was a bit small, no windows. I paid €300 a night but it doesn't deserve that price.

Stunning setting, wonderful hosts and staff. Gorgeous pool area, and a lovely pool temperature too! Rooms were comfortable with fantastic beds! We were always looked after and the team Karen and Paul have cannot do enough for you. Iannis, Harris and Brigitte are wonderful assets to Villa K. Breakfast was beautiful too! Really nice choices. The surrounding area is great with some amazing restaurants in walking distance. We wanted a few days treat after a week sailing and this was the perfect setting for 100% R&R.

Access might be harder without a car

Wonderful boutique stay in Corfu. We had a fantastic time at this boutique villa, it was calming with a few nice views of the islands greenery. The rooms are modern, well-equipped, and beautifully arranged, just like the rest of the villa and pool area. The breakfast was delicious every morning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommend having a car to explore all the beautiful beaches and hidden spots around Corfu.

Nothing - the whole experience was perfect.

This brand new, intimate boutique hotel is in a wonderful position, a short walk from a pleasant sea front and a 15 minute drive from Corfu town and the airport. We were warmly welcomed on our arrival by the owners Karen and Paul and they, and the rest of their team, did everything possible to ensure that our stay was memorable. The accommodation is sumptuous and impeccably clean, breakfast delicious and dinner lovingly prepared by the excellent chef, Brigette. The swimming pool is a delight with a generous number of super comfy loungers and attentive bar staff providing refreshments throughout the day.
