The air-conditioning is in only one room. The floor in front of the house needs extra cleaning. No coffee or olive oil in the kitchen.

The location is good, the whole property is very nice and quiet. The rooms are big enough and the bathroom is OK. The sheets and towels are clean and fresh. Everything in the kitchen is working.

Good position, only 5-10 minutes from Agios Nikolaos so it allows staying in a quiet and relaxing place. Really beautiful complex with a kind staff.

It is place in a quiet area far from the main road and have a garden that is very useful. We have shade at the balcony and enjoyed staying outside. Rosa was very helpful and ready to help us.

The air condition is only in One bendroom and Windows have no cover from moscitos so it was dufficult to sleep during hot nights.

We were unhappy about the lack of mosquito nets. As it is summer, it is really disturbing sleeping on closed windows to prevent not being bitten from this insects.

We loved our host Rosa, she was lovely! The Villa is beautiful and the location is great, only 5 min away from a lovely small beach with free umbrellas and water perfect for swimming

Our stay at Villa Italiana was very pleasant. The location was amazing with the beach, bars and restaurants being in close proximity. Also the center of Agios Nikolaos was just 10 minutes away by car. The whole apartment complex was absolutely stunning and the host mr Manolis was very helpful and sweet.

Couch bed was not the best option for the fifth person although was good.

Beautiful place, 5 mins to beach with sand and restaurants. 10 mins by car to main town on Agios Nikolaos which is amazing! Clean, 2 rooms one extra bed. Towels and glassware available and very good price! Thank you!

There was no regular cleaning, towel changing or rubbish collection. We felt like preperaing basic meals was difficult because the cooker felt unsafe and the pans were completly ruined, scratched and with pathces of non-stick film. One of the plugs was unsecured and falling out of the wall and the room had a shared door with a different room (it was locked so not a big deal but not ideal). The terrace was nice but modest. Overall, it felt like basic accomodation.

The host was kind and willing to help.

Great setting, quiet, great hostess and location. Air conditioned, hot water...everything worked well. Absolutely loved the cats and garden 🙂🐱❤️ serviced beach very close.
