I truly enjoyed my stay at Gianna Suites in Fira. The reception team was very kind and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining the property. The location is excellent, with easy access to the center of Fira, shops, and restaurants, while still being quiet enough to relax. A great balance of comfort, hospitality, and convenience — highly recommended!

The shower in room 103 wasn’t working the best

The staff were friendly, informative and made sure our single night stay was enjoyable. Having a pool for our last night of the holiday meant we could relax and stay cool

It’s a gem in Fira in perfect distance from downtown. The rooms are cozy, we really liked the pool and especially the sunbeds. The breakfast is simple, but really tasty, we never left hungry. The owner of the place is a very direct gentleman, listen for his advices, and don’t be afraid to ask even silly things from him. Our plane were delayed, we arrived to the hotel just before midnight, but they waited for us. Very good value for your money.

Uphill walk into main part of Fira

Front desk service was excellent with Camass who helped with bags, local restaurant suggestions and car rental! Excellent staff across the board. Friendly and made you feel very at home.

Great place to stay with best bathroom. Staff excellent. Breakfast excellent included. Near food market and restaurants but need wheels to get around island. Very modern and recommended.

Bed wasn’t the comfiest but the price reflects this. The hill down and up to the suites is a killer.

The property was in perfect location, the staff were amazing and the suites were clean and tidy. We had a small issue with the fridge smelt like burning unfortunately this was a short stay so could not get sorted before leaving. The photos are different to the actual suites themselves but still similar just things have been changed and updated since would be nice to have the correct pictures.

We stayed at Gianna for 3 nights and had a great experience. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk from the center. Jona was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, and the room was spotless every day. Highly recommended!
