The property was not in the centre of Skiathos, but super close to nice and easily accessible beaches! The host (Elena) has been amazing and able to accommodate all the needs we had, giving us very good food and sightseeing recommendations!

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Frideriki. Elena is an amazing host: kind, attentive, and always ready to help. She contacted me before my arrival to check if I needed a transfer and welcomed me warmly to her house. The villa is in a fantastic location with sea views, just a short walk from the beach, bus stop, and great restaurants. It is spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended

The hosts are such delightful family super helpful with making our trip memorable, working out what we would enjoy eg local hikes and giving us tips on beaches and restaurants to try, helping us to hire a 4x4 for a few days, lending us lightweight beach towels, a coffee machine a sewing kit to mend a broken bag. The cleaning was to a high level. The balcony was sheltered and the view was great.

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa in Federikke. The villa looks even better than in the photos – everything was extremely comfortable and convenient. The view was amazing, and the place was spotlessly clean. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Elena and her mother were incredibly caring and attentive, responding to all our requests and even going beyond. They even gave us rides to town with the kids and offered help with anything we needed. It truly felt like visiting family – warm, welcoming, and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Villa Frederiki is a lovely place, and the location couldn’t be better. Walking distance from many restaurants and supermarkets, close to the bus stop, but very quiet and peaceful. Elena and Frederiki are the best hosts. They made us feel right at home and were very attentive to all our needs.

Beautiful, calm location, breathtaking views both to the mountains and to the sea from the large balcony of our apartment. Beach, tavernas, supermarkets, bus stations at walking distance. Halfway on road between main city and most acclaimed beach of the island. Not luxurious (we didn.t search for it, insted we looked for peaceful, traditional greek atmosphere), but impeccably clean. Above all, amaizing hosts (Elena and her mother Friderika) - we felt like beeing home.

The hostess Elena is the kindest soul you will ever meet. Elena and her mother make the stay at Villa Frideriki amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. She will collect you from the port/airport and welcomes you into her home and speaks with everyone of her guests. She truly made our stay exceptional. We have stayed in many places around the world but I have never met anyone as kind as obliging as Elena. She even arranged Pastitsio to be made at a local taverna for us all. Anything you ask she will sort it if she can. We will definitely return.

Me and my family very much enjoyed our stay at the Villa Frideriki. The location is excellent, it’s quiet and pleasant, very big terrace where you can rest after a hot day. It was very clean and cosy. We loved it. The hostess, Elena is super kind and generous and helpful. She gave us lots of advice for places to eat, beaches and others. Location and Accessibility The apartment’s central location is a significant advantage. It offers easy access to beautiful beaches and a variety of bars and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the local area. I never had to venture far to find something to do, whether it was relaxing on the beach or enjoying the vibrant nightlife. Facilities The apartment was well-equipped with kitchen facilities, which allowed me to prepare meals whenever I felt like dining in. This feature was particularly appreciated for breakfast and the occasional dinner when I wanted a quiet evening. Hospitality One of the highlights of my stay was the hospitality I received from the host, Eleni. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. One memorable evening, I had drinks on the balcony with her, which made me feel right at home and added a personal touch to my stay. Eleni is more than happy to do the airport run and will stop at the supermarket while you get supplies. Ambiance The apartment is surrounded by amazing gardens, adding to the overall charm and tranquility of the place. The well-maintained greenery provided a lovely backdrop and contributed to the relaxing atmosphere. In summary, my stay at this lovely apartment in Skiathos was exceptional. The combination of its central location, excellent facilities, breathtaking views, and outstanding hospitality made for a memorable holiday. The hosts are some of the warmest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met. The location of the property was ideal. Brilliant views over the valley and sea. Close to the beach, tavernas and supermarkets but still far enough away to be restful and not be disturbed by traffic noise

Villa Frideriki is a perfect place to stay. The rooms are beautiful, the views of the sea exceptional, and the gardens surrounding the villa make the place so peaceful. It feels like a cherished family home and the owner, Elena, makes you so welcome. She's a wonderful host, really doing everything she can to make your holiday special. I really appreciated Elena meeting me at the airport and then taking me to the supermarket on the way to the villa so that I had some supplies in for the morning. That's how thoughtful she is. I also liked being close enough to Skiathos Town to visit easily (10 minutes on the bus), but away from all the crowds. You can walk to a lovely beach in 5 minutes, and also get one of the many buses to other beaches very easily. Elena recommended one of the best Greek tavernas I've been to ('Mesostrada') which was just 5 minutes from the villa. Thank you, Elena!

Amazing one week holidays at villa Frederiki. The view from the balcony and from the bed is astonishing. The surroundings are like heaven - the plants, trees, flowers, the birds, the insects sounds, the smells of flowers, trees and of the sea, the beautiful quiet, really reconnect you with the beauty of Earth and your soul. Not very long hours for sleep as at 3 am the moon on the sea makes one of the best natural paintings you can see from your balcony. And at 7 am the beach is so welcoming for a long divine swim in the clear water. Elena and her family are so nice and friendly and ready to help with anything, She picked me from the airport and back at perfect timing so the travel was soft and easy. Excellent super tasty food 3 minute walk from the villa. Will definitely come back very soon. Thank you so much !

Everything was perfect!

We could not have had better accommodation. Mrs. Elen and her mom are incredibly nice, helpful persons in everything. Really like a family. They helped us in every way. We felt there like at home from the beginning of our stay. Elen picked us up at the airport and showed us what we needed. Communication was great in every way. The accommodation is in a beautiful environment, cleanliness 10 points, peace and a wonderful view from the room. Great place to relax after day on the beach. There are nice beaches also great for children only 5-10 minutes on foot. We didn't miss anything on the island. If we ever come back, we will definitely go to Villa Friderika, where we already have our new warm, dear friends. They made us feel very welcome. I can only recommend with 10 points Villa Frideriky. We already miss Skiahos an beautiful island. Hope to come back soon.
