The accommodation was excellent! The hostess was very kind and welcoming – we found juice and mineral water waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival, and she even brought us homemade pastries for breakfast the next day. The apartment was clean and well prepared. We really appreciated the well-kept garden with sun loungers and a cozy seating area, perfect for relaxing. Each room had air conditioning, which was a big plus during the hot days. There was also convenient on-site parking available. The highlight was the beautiful terrace with a sea view, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets. Highly recommended!

On the first day, the bed didn't seem very comfortable, but it's a matter of habit — it's good, but I like very firm beds. If you don't have transportation, you will waste time walking to convenient places, but that's not so bad. There is no access to the water near the hotel, but there is a nice beach 6 minutes away.

I had a night flight and arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m., and although it was past check-in time, I mentioned this in the chat, and they waited for me and showed me to my apartment. They left me fresh fruit and juice at the beginning, and then brought me sweets (the pastries were very soft). It's about 15-20 minutes from the bus stop (it's on the opposite side of the road and there are no pedestrian crossings, Google Maps doesn't consider it the closest), and 25 minutes to the nearest tourist town (the road is good overall). I highly recommend getting a scooter if you want to live here—it's better than hotels if you want comfort and a relaxing vacation.

Everything was perfect! Villa Efterpi was recommended to us by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. The hostess was very friendly and she even left some goodies as a welcome. The apartment was very spacious, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The view was spectacular and the garden was just what we needed for our relaxation. We can not recommend it enough!

Beds were not very comfortable (hard mattress and metal frame on some), there were no moskito nets on doors towards the balcony. The room with the metal beds had only one small side table, not enough to put your stuff and make your stay more comfortable. No guest toiletries upon arrival, with nearest shop being quite far away (15 min walk). Many cats on the property could be a deterrent for some. Hosts live on ground floor, sometimes cooking smell can be strong for the upper floors which are for guests.

Wonderful hosts and great view of Kontokali Bay and the lush gardens of the Villa. Hosts changed sheets and towels every two-three days, and cleaned the apartments, which is very nice. Separate enterance for each appartment, nice size shower, beautiful flowers and plants surrounding the villa. Far from traffic noise. Nice beach 5-10 min away, with lounge chairs and great beach bar/restaurant. Appartments would be great for couples with kids.

The property was very clean and had a nice home-feel to it. The hostess was absolutely lovely, she even did laundry for us! The location is nice as it is a bit away from the main bustle, but only a 10-15 min drive to Corfu old town. There are also some nice tavernas (fish restaurants) nearby.

It’s a gorgeous apartment with an amazing view from the balcony. Left is Gouvia Marina and right is the Ionian Sea. The simple kitchen had everything I needed. and I can not overstate how delightful it is to enjoy the hot shower after a swim in cold (16-ish degrees) water. Also, Agatha is a wonderful, warm, caring, and hospitable host.

Everything was excellent. Fantastic vistas from my large balcony and especially my bedroom. One can watch the boats pass by. It's tranquille and beautiful. Excellent service and was greeted with such amasing hospitality and warmth. They brought my baggage to my room. Checked in on me regularly, Anything I could need was merely to ask.

worned out outdated used not very clean room, there were spider webs in each corner and filty under the bed, broken toilet paper hanger, toilet tank got jammed, and the parking space accros the apartment was filled with old cable parts, rusty nails, rusty wires around, me and my son cleaned about 10 pc of dangerous nails and cables from around our car, it is a danger for the tires

The kitchen is very sparsely equipped. To cook a meal is not so easy. Tho hosts provided us with extra equipment when we asked for it, but still the options were pretty limited. The furniture is not very comfortable in our opinion. Hard chairs, hard beds and no couch to relax. After two weeks, we did feel that in our bodies. Another issue was the noise of barking dogs and (I think) permanent residents moving about. We didn't sleep so well because of that.

Let me start by saying the hosts were really friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. We really appreciate their effort and help. This was a big plus! The view and surroundings are stunning. The building is located in an area with very little traffic and surrounded by nature (make sure to rent bikes or a car, as stores and restaurants are not on walking distance). Also, the (rain) shower was a delight! We were happy to have airconditioning 😀

Unfortunatly our apartment was at the top of the building and to get it you must go up with a small spiral staircase: very inconvenient with luggage or groceries, everyday. Another little problem was with the cats. I love and i have 2 cats but they often stayed on the spiral staircase blowing straight hair as soon as you approached and my daughter was scared. But for the sunset, wonderful view from the balcony.

We spent our holiday in august and Agata was really very nice with us. She was present and available for everything and every our request has been satisfied. We found some juice with cake upon arrival, she clened the room every 2 days and if you ask her she wash also your clothes in the washing machine for you. Very kind person. Wonderfull

Extremely small shower cabin, unpleasant smell in the bathroom, lack of toilet paper, dirty faucet in the bathroom, full of scale, at the beginning of the stay, an unpleasant, musty smell in the apartment - they could have aired it before our arrival.

Enought hot water. Bequemte beds. The staff was friendly and nice. Pretty flowers in the garden.

- due to the fact that the host also lives in the same villa, they make a lot of noise in the morning with different activities - the furniture is old and a bit dirty. Also there is a lot of useless furniture which makes space feel crowdy - they should replace the useless equipment (broken dryer, kitchen robot etc) and place a coffee maker - there should be a free to use washing machine for all the appartments

+ Good location + Environment around the location is nice (with a lot of vegetation) + upper apartments have a nice view over the bay + cleanliness in the apartment was done regularly
