We went for breakfast at the Byzantio house next to Dimitris's, which we paid 10€ per person, it was very bad, and after half an hour we were kicked out because they needed the table for their guests, even though other tables were free. A very rude grandmother from the BYZANTIO villa. 😟

very good location few wolking minutes from one of the main Parga's beaches. from there you can take a nice boat ride to barga town (lovely!!), excellent hospitality from Dimitri and his family. apparments very well kept, clean and equipped. nice pool! everything perfect!

Exceptionally clean and great attention to detail in the apartments. Mosquito nets and great shutters were a very helpful addition. Dimitri was a great host, and the cleaners went out of their way to keep everything perfect for our stay. Beautiful, clean pool, and we enjoyed watching Dimitri use his robot cleaner in the pool, which was pristine and a joy to come back to after the beach. The grounds were beautiful, and we made many trips to the hotel next door for their delicious ice cream and cold beers.

Everything was wonderful. The owner Dimitris is very helpful and whenever we needed his help he was available and happy to help us. The property is very clean, everything is new and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need. The view is gorgeous and the location is very close to a wonderful beach, full of restaurants and taverns. We liked Armyra Beach Bar the most where the staff is very attentive and the food is delicious. There are several mini-markets nearby and you can take a taxi-boat to the center of Parga. The taxi-boat runs every 30 minutes until late in the evening and the trip takes about 5-10 minutes. You can have breakfast at the neighboring property, for a fee. I have nothing to complain about. Everything was superlative. An excellent accommodation from all points of view.

Apartments super comfortable beds, large balcony,lovely pool,peaceful atmosphere. The lovely staff .kept apartments very clean,sheets and towels changed often.All staff friendly and kind.helpful Close to beach and nearby the villas is a good restaurant. Going back for longer next year..can see us returning more often,we love Parga and after 6 visits at other accomodation we have now found our perfect apartments.Special thanks to Dimitris.

What I like about Villa Dimitris: 1. There is parking for the car. 2. It is close to the sea. 3. It was very clean, the house was cleaned every day while the towels and sheets were changed every 2 days. 4. There was everything needed to cook. 5. It was very quiet at dinner and I had a comfortable sleep. 6. The staff was very kind and understanding. Thank you for the bottles of water you put in the fridge.

Dimitris villa is perfect for a summer holiday. It's very close to the Valtos beach (3min walking distance) and surrounded with beautiful nature so you will have a quiet mornings and evenings. Personally Valtos is my favorite beach in Parga. The cleaning service is on a highest level. There is a daily cleaning service, and the towels are being changed every 2 days. Everything is spottless in the apartment. Parga centre is 20-30 min walking distance or you can take a water taxi from Valtos beach. We will definitly come again to Dimitris villa.

A real gem in a quiet location with a good-sized swimming pool and lovely views of the surrounding hills. Valtos beach is a short walk, providing access to regular water taxis over to Parga town. Lots of restaurants and a number of mini-markets close by, with a reasonably priced breakfast available at the adjacent Byzantio hotel. The accomodation was clean, modern and comfortable, and our hosts were very welcoming, friendly and attentive.

A bit outdated in design and has a very basic kitchen which does not respond to the rest of the interior and complex exterior. Some modern ones would fit better. But that was not critical at all. Beds are too hard for our taste.

Dimitris is an excellent host. His apartment complex is at a fantastic location at the end of Valtos Beach if you ask for a peaceful and relaxing holiday—a perfectly organized garden with a super pool and very close to the beach. The beach was sandy and clean with warm water and very clean. Our apartment had a triple look: to virgin olive wood, to the sea and the keay one to the pool. All green and quiet around. Cleanness at the highest maximum level; (even too much, the ladies were cleaning and exchanging towels and sheets every single day - not necessarily that much). Parga is far away but we went there twice and did not want to go anymore. Disappointing place. Crowded and very steep with nothing special to see. No normal supermarkets like in other places in Greece. Roads are very narrow and curved. So Valtos Beach was an excellent decision.

The villa is really great. Everything is perfectly clean, the furniture is new, the bed is comfortable, the large terrace is facing so that there is shade in the afternoon, an excellent kitchen with a dining table, a perfectly clean swimming pool, big enough with sunbeds, umbrellas and a shower. The path to the beach is about 200 m long.

Beautiful accomodation in a quiet place. The appartment is close to the Valtos beach (walking distance 3 min). The rooms are getting cleaned every day. Overall, our experience at this accomodation was superb. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, close to the beach, and friendly staff.

Everything was perfect. The Villa Dimitiris is 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach in the area, and 3 min walk to the super market. The room had the most beautiful pool view, they clean each day and change the towels every second day. The host was lovely and friendly. If you are looking for some comfortable and quiet place to stay, this one is for you.
