Nothing. It was amazing.

Very spacious, food provided for breakfast was very generous and catered for all our different tastes. Host couldn’t have been more helpful. Great location, beautiful view and so peaceful.

Wow! The villa and everything in it was incredible. The villa has been created with the best of everything and it was an absolute joy to stay there. Plenty of space inside and out and lots of little extras which made it really luxurious. Very atmospheric too. The bathrooms were gorgeous, as was the huge comfortable bed. We were greeted warmly and shown around. We we amazed at how well stocked the fridge was, we hadn't been expecting that at all. And we really loved the fact that there were slippers and bathrobes, and extra towels for use after the hot tub. The location was perfect, almost next to the castle. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff we encountered. There was plenty of parking although we didn't need it ourselves. And it was really nice sitting in the hot tub looking towards the sea. At night it was so quiet I had three wonderful nights sleep! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The pool was a bit thin.

The villa was really nice—clean, bright, and designed with a lot of thought to make it feel unique and special. Theodosia, our host, was outstanding. She ensured we had everything we needed, made sure we were comfortable, and was always available to answer any questions. I would say she is truly the perfect host. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent hospitality!

We had a bit of trouble with the AC, but it was our own fault.

Our host, Theodosia was a lovely person, and amazingly helpful. The location of the Villa is excellent, close to restaurants, the Venetian Castle and main street Akrotiri. The Villa was also amazing.

Not a thing.

The house was beautiful with every single need taken care of. It was also stocked with water and fruit and breakfast. The staff were unbelievably helpful. Noth8mg was too much trouble.Theodosia was amazing! We will be back.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay very much. The host was available 24/7 on whatsapp. She wrote to us every day to see if we needed anything. Upon arrival, she was waiting for us with a card from the room, explained everything to us and gave us a map of the island, where she marked the places we might want to visit. She also offered to arrange a car rental or a helicopter trip over the island, unfortunately we did not take advantage of this offer. You are really well taken care of and the host will be happy to help you with anything you will need. With this, I would like to thank our host Joanna, who took care of us incredibly well throughout our stay. Food was replenished at our request. (We really didn't need to restock the entire fridge every day.) The place of stay was very quiet and I would say even private. In the morning at breakfast or in the evening from the hot tub we had a beautiful view of the sea and the church of Akrotiri. Everything one needs is close by. A bus stop, a shop and about 5 restaurants are approx. 200 m from the accommodation. The beaches are a little further (1-2 km), but you can get everywhere by bus, scooter, or on foot (I recommend taking sturdy shoes with you). We made great memories and definitely plan to return to Villa de Capo.

The water in the hot tub could have been warmer.

We enjoyed having the fridge stocked for breakfast and the baked goods.We were able to eat on the patio every morning.

MISREPRESENTATION of third bedroom. It is in fact an OPEN PLAN loft bedroom which gets all the noise and light from the sitting area and kitchen. Steep staircase and restricted height headroom (up to 5ft 6). Bed very low on floor. In addition access to a bathroom is ONLY via either bedroom downstairs which is intrusive. One of us had to be moved to a separate villa which was only available for part of our holiday. A big disappointment.

Stunning design, really memorable position and views, lovely helpful and efficient staff. Theodosia was excellent. Plenty of parking, very comfortable beds and high quality linen.
