A huge thank you to Elizabeth, a strong and inspiring woman who made our stay feel like home from the very first moment. We came as guests but left feeling like family. Every morning, breakfast was different and absolutely delicious. Thanks to Elizabeth, all our transfers—both to the airport and around the island—were smooth and super comfortable. She even arranged our rental car based on our needs, without us having to worry about a thing. She planned everything for us—where to go, what to do, where to eat. As parents traveling with two young kids, we trusted her completely. And she didn’t disappoint. Every place she recommended was perfect, especially the restaurants—delicious food, beautiful settings. A special thanks to Nina and Hatuna, who kept our room spotless every day with great care. And we’ll never forget the kind gentleman who cleaned and refilled our private pool every evening with such attention. He created a safe, clean space for our kids to enjoy every single day, and we are so grateful for that. Everyone in the team was warm and welcoming. Our children don’t usually connect with people so quickly, but here, they felt safe, loved, and truly happy. I cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway with breathtaking sunrise views and the most incredible sunsets (literally just across the road), this is the perfect spot. The setting is stunning, quiet, and everything I could have wished for. We stayed overnight for me to propose to my girlfriend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Elizabeth messaged me after I booked to discuss additional ideas for the proposal—she was so thoughtful and thorough, going above and beyond to make sure everything was as perfect as I imagined. She even gave us access to additional facilities, so we got to enjoy extra pools alongside the jacuzzi in our room. The breakfast she brought the next morning was amazing! This place will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we’ll definitely return—whether for an anniversary or just to relive the experience. The views are absolutely breathtaking, the whole property is gorgeous, and Elizabeth’s food recommendations were spot on. As someone who is a self-confessed “hotel snob,” I couldn’t have asked for more. The photos online don’t do it justice—I’ll be adding some of my own to show just how stunning it really is. 10/10 – Unforgettable Stay in Santorini! Our stay in Santorini was nothing short of magical, thanks to this incredible suite and its amazing host, Elizabeth. From the moment we arrived, her hospitality was warm, personal, and above and beyond anything we expected. Each morning started with a fantastic breakfast—fresh, local, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to begin the day after watching the beautiful sunrises right from the property. The pool area offered peaceful views and a relaxing atmosphere, which was much needed. What truly stood out were the spot-on dinner recommendations from Elizabeth—every night we were guided to incredible spots with the best views of the incredible sunsets Santorini has to offer. Not only was the views incredible but so was the food. Theano Cave suites and villas exceeded all our expectations. If you’re heading to Santorini and want a mix of comfort, beauty, away from the hustle & bustle, an incredible host and unforgettable memories - look no further! This is the place to stay. Myself and my partner are just home from a 7 day holiday staying in the grand cave suite and we are wanting to return again already. The property is everything you need for a quiet and relaxing break and is central to both Thira and Oia. If you do decide to hire an ATV or a car there is sheltered parking just outside your door which is amazing! Elizabeth could not have been more helpful. She was great at recommending excursions & restraunts and helped us book these when required. The breakfast provided is fantastic and Elizabeth always made sure we were satisfied. I don’t like eggs which was usually the main course in the breakfast so she went out her way to ensure there was an alternative I would be happy with. Rooms are very nicely decorated and are cool which is an added bonus when it is extremely hot outside. If anyone is looking to visit Santorini, this accommodation is the one to visit

An absolutely incredible experience!! These villas are super clean, cozy, with a heated pool and in an amazing location (10-15 min by car to anywhere). Breakfast is different every day and it will surprise you with its variety! And a huuuuge thanks to Elizabeth, who suggested incredible places and was always near to help! 1000000/10

We had an amazing stay at Theano Cave Suites & Villas. Elisabeth, the host, was warm, genuine, and incredibly helpful, truly one of the best we’ve ever met. The room was spotless, spacious, and peaceful. In-room breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the cleaning staff were wonderful. Easy parking was a plus. Elisabeth deserves 1000/100. Highly recommended for an authentic and relaxing Santorini experience 👍

If you had to say one point it’s that you didn’t get the sunset from your room. We did have an amazing sunrise view though. There are a number of restaurants opposite, within walking distance where you can dine and see the sunset.

We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade on our accommodation. The private pool and outdoor area were both very spacious and private . Our Host Elizabeth was amazing ensuring our stay was one we would never forget. I had my Birthday whilst there and Elizabeth arranged for a cake which was really appreciated. Her knowledge of the area was impressive. She recommended lots of different activities and tours. Breakfast was delivered to the room at a time of our choosing and was amazing. The location is perfect for exploring Fira and Oia. There is plenty of car parking available. Although we mainly used taxi’s .

Beautiful property and exceptional service. Accommodations were very clean, and accurate to the description. Location was quiet and beautiful sunrise views. Just a short walk to see the sunset. Breakfast was nothing short of amazing, each day a different presentation of fresh fruits and a main course, delivered and set up in your room. The property manager Elizabeth went above and beyond and I am confident our trip would not have been as fantastic without her recommendations and assistance in bookings. Highly recommend and we definitely would return.

It was small with only 5 rooms and 2 villas but so quiet with amazing views. Nice location in between Fira and Oia. Our host gave us some great recommendations for dinner and some activities. The pool was fab, my husband loved it more than me and he usually hates pools. The breakfast made fresh everyday was different everyday. Highly recommend

The only downside was having to leave—it truly felt like a dream

Hands down the best stay.!! The room was pure magic—private, dreamy, with a heated pool where we swam under the stars!! The view was breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. Elisabeth was an absolute angel—she planned our entire trip, made reservations, and arranged our car rental with so much care!! The whole staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was homemade with love and tasted like comfort itself. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories... we can't wait to come back!!

Our stay was exceptional. Elisabeth catered to our every need. I would absolutely stay here again when we come back. She helped with airport transports and ATV rentals. She even helped us order food to be delivered to our rooms. I can't wait to come back
