First of all it's a family business so they are taking care of everything ;they did everything in their best to make us feel comfortable and we did. The breakfast is excellent and has a variety of delicious food. The room is spacious and has a vintage greek style. After the breakfast you can have a peaceful moment on the beautiful terrace in a small olive trees orchard next to the pool drinking your coffee... The location of Villa Askamnia is very near the private beach 5min walk and 7min to Nikiti where we enjoyed our nights there. We will definitely come back next year my husband my son and I in God's will..

Exceptional place. Super friendly hosts/owners (family), very helpful and accommodating! Our room was like a suite in a 5 star hotel but much cheaper, so bright , clean and very well maintained , it felt like home, that's how comfortable it was. We loved the breakfast options every morning, there was a large variety to accommodate all tastes. This place is like a little paradise, there is a nice pool with a bar next to it, a small kids pool and private pools for some of the rooms. The sandy beach was fantastic, warm water, crystal clear, and we could use Askamnia's free sunbeds and umbrellas. Beach is 2 minutes walking distance from the pool, it was designated for Askamnia's guests. Will definitely be coming back here again in the future. By the way, about 8 minutes walking distance from here is the village Metamorphosis, it has a nice supermarket called Stella and lovely restaurants such as Visili 1985, we didn't need to use our car during our stay. Highly recommended , you will not regret it!

You can see the hotel has been operating for many years, some of the furniture and the outdoor spaces are a little outdated and not in new conditions.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they were always available for any request and ready to offer their help. There were many amenities in the hotel and the rooms were very spacious.

The owners of Villa Askamnya are very nice and involved. They have a garden full of olive trees, figs and leanders. I think the swimming pools will be a great attraction, they were still working on some places, but everything was functional. The breakfast was generous, with many fresh fruits from the own garden. The beach is close.

We had a comfortable and well maintained apartment but not mega luxurious. Sort of traditional Greek in style.

Nice location with lots of grounds. Family-run with just 10 apartments. Very friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts were varied and plenty to eat. Nice pool and there was even a good gym if you wanted. Everything was clean and we were well looked after. Also a beach with private sun beds was a matter of metres from the apartments. The local village was small but restaurants were very good and little supermarkets were friendly and has most things.

Breakfast time: start time at 09:00am, would be perfect if breakfast can be earlier e.g. at 07:00am which is a plus for matutinal people (like myself :-)).

Family owned business and same family works at the villa where you can feel/see that the put passion and love in all what they do. In addition, the family is very sociable, had nice talks with them and they recommend a lot of places to visit. Location: quite good location, ~100m far from a nice beach, very close to some restaurants and ~10min far from Nikiti (with car). Room: quite good room in which we stayed, comfortable bed, big bathroom and kitchenette. Garden: beautiful garden with a lot of olive trees and an awesome delicious fig tree - the owners allowed us to eat how many figs we want :-). Swimming pool: we did not use it, but the swimming pool is clean and it’s surrounding as well. Breakfast: quite good breakfast.

Great location with a great beach nearby including sunbeds provided by the hotel. It's a great place to spend time with family and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

Not a problem that the hotel is at around 100m to the beach, but being near the main road makes the traffic noise disturbing during the night if windows are opened. Anyway, that is not an issue; there is the option to close the window and turn on the air conditioner.

It is a family business, so the members of the family were everywhere and they were very warm and friendly. The garden is very beautiful and offers an alternative to beach and pool! Also, a big plus is the fact they have their own sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.

We had the impression that the rooms would have view to the sea as advertised but they don't really have.

The outdoor space is really nice with the swimming pool and it has all kind of toys for kids. There is also a nice playground and if we need something, we could go to the bar. It is a family-run business and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We loved the whole place, the hotel is small and cozy as we like it, the hosts are charming and hospitable, the hotel with gardens and seating areas, is located close to the beach, a minute's walk and you reach a quiet and lovely private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Too bad we couldn't stay longer.

The apartment for 4 was a bit small, Wi Fi could be better.

The variety and freshness of breakfast, the peace and quiet, excellent location, complete facilities- own, safe parking, pool, bar, garden, private beach.
