The facilities were poor. I am not sure about the water condition in the city but the villa had solty tap water. There was no shower curtains and when you took a shower the water was going everywhere. The kitchen was rusty. Wifi was very slow (3-4 Mbps).

The location is relevant OK. The staff was very helpful and the sheets/towels were changed every day.

We liked the view and the location the most. It is quite area but still near the city. There is a super market nearby, restaurants too.

There were no shops near to the hotel and we hadn't thought to buy water at the airport, so we had to get up and out in a taxi to get some in the morning.

We stayed here for one night and it was very convenient for a late flight arrival as the hotel is close to the airport. The pool was still open for us to be able to have a swim which was nice.

I think the rooms in general need a little renovation.

Would benefit from a bit of updating.

Charming, clean apartment in a good location, about 20 minutes walk from the town and airport. Pool was lovely. Host was very helpful. Was a fantastic view from the terrace.

Some of the facilities were a little "tired", and with a small amount of TLC, the cottage and the complex facilities could be smartened and brought up to date. However, none of this spoilt any part of our stay.

Location was really good - enjoyed the views of Skiathos town and of the airport which was really interesting. The cottage we rented was pure Greek - comfortable with all the facilities you would need and yet a little "rustic". A plus was having a swimming pool for a late afternoon swim after coming off the beach. The complex was quiet for most of the time which suited us.

An absolutely perfect place for avgeeks! There’s a stunning view of the airport right from the small terrace in front of the apartment. Antonis was amazing – always helpful and ready to bring anything we needed, and the cleaning lady was very kind as well. The stove is more suitable for light cooking, but who comes on holiday to cook anyway? :) Thank you – we’ll definitely be back! P.S. Not suitable for small children – the terrace has no railing, so there’s a risk of falling.

The toilet room is tatty and the sink unit is falling apart. The kitchen area is tatty too.. Plug socket broken. Rusty cutlery. No tea towel provided. No bag in bin in toilet when we first got there. Cleaners didn't clean toilet or mop floors the whole time we were there. Only one change of towels for whole week which we had to ask for.

We stayed in the hut and loved the view from the huge private terrace. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. Loved the dogs.

The apartment had everything we needed for a short overnight stay prior to going home. The room was basic but had everything we needed. The highlight for the kids was a large and deep swimming pool that they had to themselves. They stayed in until about 10.30pm

Smelly towels, lack of shampoo and soap, very hot in the 2nd floor- like in the sauna (air conditioner was unable to cool the 2nd floor and the fan was too noisy). Broken handles and furniture. Seriously overpriced even for the high season.

Whole site is very dated and in need of modernisation. Acces is by very steep track or many steps. If no transport best for young and fit.

The only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was that the pool bar was closed, despite there being quite a few residents. The nearest market was a half hour walk, so it might be an idea to rent a car if you’re staying here.

Such a relaxing location - we were in a little separate cottage with a nice patio area and sun loungers. The cottage had a huge comfortable bed, really good shower room (with one of those rainfall shower heads), and a fantastic view over the bay and airport - brilliant for if you like to watch the planes land and take off. Put simply, we just didn’t want to leave. The walk from the property into Skiathos takes about half an hour and, in the dark, there are stretches without any lighting - so bring a torch. Apostolos, the owner, was so friendly and kind - when we said we were walking to the airport after check out, he offered to give us a lift, which was over and above what we would have expected!

The main bed was a bit hard but seems to be pretty normal for price range in Greece! We had to pay the man who drove us back to the Ferry more than the taxi drivers in town🥴

The place was very cute, host was friendly, and we were able to get some clothes cleaned!

There wasn’t much in the kitchen to be able to do anything really at all. There was no pool bar although it was advertised as having one.

Beautiful location looking onto the lake and airport runway. The pool was lovely. With a little tlc this place could be amazing!

it didn’t look like the pool bar had been open for a number of years, but pool was clean and good to use with great views

clean, 2 balcony’s, even though airport was less than a kilometre away it was a quiet location as planes stopped st 10 pm. short walk to The Mythos Tavern, which provided excellent food, right by the waters edge and you could get great pictures of the planes going into the airport. go early or reserve as people were trying to get in at 9 pm trying and told they would not get a table till 10.

Distance to town as we did not have any other way of transport to town, other than walking.

The view was exceptional, had front row seat watching the planes arrive and depart on the island. Very friendly and kind host.

I realy enjoyed staying at this villa , the view was marveloys and the location was perfect . It was very quite all day and night except from the fact that it is near the airport and you get to see a few landings per day ( it is a small airport) but this is like a bonus because it is something that you have never see before...a spectacular show !

There wasnt anything I disliked.

I loved the view and the garden. Its nice and quiet, away from the town, the planes can be heard, but the airport is not that busy which makes the planes more of an attraction than a real nuisance. One can easily walk to the town in 20 mins or to the supermarket or to the airport. The appartment is very basic but clean and appliances (electric stove, fridge, airco) work well and Apostolos is a very friendly host. And the pool area is really nice.

The owner was very kind and helpful. Very comfortable beds and pillows in the twin room. Medium to firm mattress. Air conditioning. Fabulous views across the inlet and the very interesting runway which as others have said is far more of an attraction than a problem. Treat it as a bonus.

Bathroom is quite simple.

Apostolos is a very nice and helpful host. Good location for airplane spotters with view on the airport. Maximum 10 minutes walk to runway threshold 01. Nice Swimmingpool.
