I had a wonderful stay at Villa Anna Maria! The location in Aliki is perfect — quiet, charming, and just a short walk from the beach and local tavernas. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a nice double room at the first floor. The room was very clean, it had a balcony, an electric stove, fridge, sink etc and the personnel cleaned it every day. The best thing of all is the staff, we loved our stay thanks to them, whatever we asked we got even more, they offered us to use a beach umbrella, hair drier, hair straightener, welcome sweets and cool water... every request was promptly satisfied and always with a big gentle smile. They helped us rent a car at a good price. There is a small library, you can borrow books to read during the vacation. The location is nice, a 5 mins or less walk from the beach and 10 mins from the sea shore, where many good restaurants and taverns await you. Thank you very much!!

At peak shower times, the shower pressure is relatively limited (around 19:00).

Irene welcomed us to the accomodation, which exceeded our expectations. The room room with a terrace was nice and well equipped, and we felt extremely comfortable in the hotel. The room had everything that we needed (plates, cuttlery, fridge, cups, etc) and was cleaned every day. The beach and restaurants are very close (5-10 minutes walk). Irene made our stay with her recommendations and hospitality and kindness an incredible experience in Aliki.

The host was amazing and very sweet! The rooms and bathroom were exceptionally clean! We hoped it was a little closer to the city center, but there’s a bus stop right down the road so it was a little more practical

Kids loved the bed in the „upper floor“ and they felt like in a ship. We liked the Greek Lifestyle atmosphere and the beds were comfortable. Hosts were extremely kind and friendly. We enjoyed it very much, Thank you

The rooms were nice and clean, beds comfortable. We hired a scooter to commute around the island as well as scoot to the main area. You could walk though. Close to the beach and nice and quiet for a relaxing get away.

The engine of the air conditioner of room 1 should not stop when a window is open in room 2, and vice versa

Everything was great.

Room was very nice and spacious, we particularly liked the terase. Beds comfortable, room equipped with A/C and cleaned every day which was a big plus. But the highlight of our stay were property owners who were amazing to us, starting from the warm welcome on day 1 until the end of our stay. They provided us with the advice where to go and what to see, as well as any kind of support and nice details during our stay. I would highly recommend this place!

Nothing. It was the perfect island stay.

First of all, Irini, the owner and host, is the nicest person. She greeted me with homemade lemonade and some snacks. I truly appreciated the quiet and homey feel throughout my stay. The room was spotless, well-maintained, very spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the nearest beach and a 7-minute stroll to the port of Aliki. They have the most beautiful bougainvillea and other plants adorning the white building.

The upper floor’s ceiling was very low, so get used to walking while bent over. The space is too little for 4 people.
