We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kartedaros. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They were very flexible and accommodating with our check-in and check-out requests, which made our trip much easier and stress-free. The warm hospitality made us feel truly cared for, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Room was quite small, but with good facilities. Owner was on hand and helpful. Local bus stop 100 yards away , which also served the airport. 2 euros instead of 25 euros for a taxi.

Internet was pretty bad but it was working, toilet smelled a bit, and the closet too. Ac was old but it did its job. Overall better than expected tbh.

Good location, nice swimming pools, parking, the beds are ok, the toilet is clean but it smells a bit. Wifi/Internet pretty meh but thats the whole island afaik. Hosts/Reception exceptionally nice. Clean overall, quiet. Would recommend to friends.

This is my second time staying at Villa Agas and I have loved it both times! It is a 15min walk to Fira where there is a ton of restaurants and shops. The bus stop is directly across the street from the Villa and is only 2 Euro. The 24 hour bakery is heavenly and there is also a supermarket right across the street! The staff is wonderful.

There was a lot of noise around the room early in the morning which woke us up. Sounded like banging on the external wall, maybe maintenance or something. There was a bad smell of sewage in the room for most of the stay.

The location was good. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Having the pools was an excellent addition. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Nothing - great value for money!

Amazing value for money, especially in Santorini (and with a decent sized pool). We were greeted by a lovely and knowledgeable receptionist who let us check in early, and also let us keep our bags in reception until our ferry after we checked out. The room was a good size, and came with a generous sized balcony with a washing line (where a local cat decided to visit us!). The ensuite was also great for the price, and came with a massive shower that was quick to heat up. If you don't mind a 10-15 minute walk into the main town, Agas is in a great location away from the noise of Fira and opposite a bus stop. You can also easily get a bus from Fira up into Oia, which only takes around 30 mins and are reasonably frequent. Also, definitely go to the bakery opposite, the pastries and sandwiches are amazing.

This was the right spot to stay which was across the street from restaurants, cages, and a grocery store. It is within walking distance to Fira and the bus stop. The place is great itself.

It’s my second time staying in this place and as always super cool. Good location, clean, restaurants & bars close… the owner super kind & friendly. 20 min walking to Fira, 8 min driving to the beach & bus stop outside…

The pools had no water, apparently they open in May. Also, the floor tiles in the room retain moisture from the air. A little bit of water, and the whole floor becomes wet, and don't dry off easily. Good thing they provide comfortable slippers in the room.

Price, facilities, cleanliness all really good. The location is decent as well with 15mins walk to Fira, and some good local options 2mins walk from the place to eat.
