Beautiful view, very comfortable rooms with everything you need. Family-friendly environment, excellent cleanliness and service. The staff was very polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. I can’t wait to come back next summer!

First of all, the view that you get from there is everything, the garden with the sea is just beautiful. The staff is super friendly, we really enjoyed our stay. Safe parking place, direct entrance to the sea.

Bathroom was small, but it's doesn't matter. It's serving well.

Garden is fantastic. It's full of trees. Beach is just after the yard. Hosts are very friendly and they are always there to help you for everything you need.

Everything aside from "perfect" is a waste of words. But to better explain, this accommodation has very friendly and welcoming hosts and staff. Free parking with shade and cameras. Every terrace faces the lovely yard and the sea. The yard is very beautiful, with lots of trees and plants, BBQ with table and seats in the shade and a playground for children. The beach is small, but with natural shade. And if that is not enough, you have to walk 100 meters and there is a "regular" beach. Everything is kept spotless. From the yard, through the studio to the balcony. An admirable job on the hosts and staff side. WiFi is better then at my own home. The towels and bed linens are changed every three days which is more then enough. You get sunbeds and a parasol to use on the beach. And if there is anything you need, you can ask the hosts for help. The stay was quite as can be and beds are very comfortable, so rest is assured. It's also a short walk from restaurants and markets. To which you can go by road, or by the beach as my wife and I preferred. If I missed something, I apologize :D

Everything was perfect, the locaton is at the beach, the garden is wonderfull. It is perfect for kids or for couples. It is clean, they clean every day... The owner is always avaible for everything you need...I will definitly come back ..

The kitchenete is very small, but whith all you need. And the bathroom is small, the door didn't close, the shower is small too, with a curtain

The garden is fabulous, big, whith sunbeds, grass and trees, flowers, and getting down directly to the tiny, little beach

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The price meets the accomadation, the location of the villa is just perfect. The view from the balcony was amazing! We enjoyed having breakfast or chatting and watching the beautiful sea. The staff was so profesional, they handled all our requests professinaly, they were very welcoming. Also, they were very responsive. Another thing, the room was cleaned everyday and the cleaning ladis were also profesional and warm, especially toward our kid. We really liked the villa, and the yard, it was the right place to have a peacefull vacation. Thank you for everything, we are coming back next year! :)

Special thanks to Jannis and Sophia for our perfect stay at Villa Kalliopi! Jannis welcomed us with bottle of wine made by him father :) Perfect location - the see is infront of you. Beautiful garden with olives and palm trees that leads directly to the beach. Amazing view from the garden and from the balcony. Prefect place for families with kids, and not only. Very quiet and peaceful. Every day claning of the rooms. Great place to explore Kassandra and Sithonia

I was not prepared mentally for the heat - my fault :)

I liked the staff members' attention during and before our stay. It was our 1st wedding anniversary and it all went hassle-free with a very amicable and caring approach from Sofia who met us upon arrival. They organized and booked us a boat trip from the local port of Ormos Panagias. The room was clean and tidy with a beautiful view from the balcony - especially at sunset. They also had a cleaning service during the day - just a quick turnover.

A perfect place for a family, the location is only by the sea, very suitable for children, there is a playground within the accommodation, a mini gym, a barbecue area for socializing. As for cleanliness, all praise! The host is excellent and kind to be praised!
