Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. El Alojamiento puede decidir si responder o no a los comentarios.

Entorno súper agradable, la habitación con vistas al mar espectacular. Los huéspedes muy bien también. La piscina un 10. Las hamacas súper cómodas… todo increíble. Volveremos.

El servicio del desayuno. Te hacen escribir antes de las 18:00h lo que vas a desayunar y cuando vas al desayuno no sirve de nada y traen lo que quieren, se equivocan y sirven muy lentos. Tienes que estar llamando. Además solo tiene una silla de bebé y estaba ocupada

Comentario auténticoEstá situado en una zona tranquila (Finikia), cerca de Oia (5 minutos en coche) y el ambiente del hotel es tranquilo e ideal para descansar. El personal en general es muy amable y servicial (tanto recepción, como personal de limpieza y personal del restaurante, en especial Maiki). Las comidas y cenas del restaurante son excelentes, el menú de media pensión incluye raciones muy abundantes y de calidad. Las vistas del atardecer son excepcionales. Tiene una zona amplia enfrente del hotel para estacionar. Las camas son muy amplias y cómodas. Dan aguas, café, infusiones y aguas gratuitas. Como sabían que nuestro viaje era de luna de miel nos regalaron una botella de champán y fruta.
No tienen desayuno buffet, se elige en una plantilla. El desayuno es algo básico para un hotel de 5 estrellas (huevo, zumo, yogurt, fruta, fiambre, miel, mermelada y pan), aunque era de calidad, bien presentado y servido en la mesa. Si quieres algo especial tienen carta pero todo desayuno aparte del básico se cobra. Las bebidas son algo caras (un agua de litro 7 euros). Recomendaríamos que ampliase el horario de la piscina más allá de las 18.30 horas. De todos modos, aunque la piscina cerrase, nunca nos pusieron inconveniente por seguir tomando el sol en la zona de piscinas.
