Great quality build, as if the owners built it for themselves to live in. Close to the beach front but just far enough to avoid sandy wind gusts and sea noise at night. Parking was available at the adjacent lot. Each apartment’s entry is at the ground floor extending to the upper floor, so each unit has the same properties. Every day each unit was cleaned and sorted for the following day to come. Mosquito screens were installed on every door and window, AC units available on each floor.

The couch wasn't extendable, so the person sleeping on it should be less than 1.55 m tall. The bedrooms are connected via stairs, so you can't just close the door and have privacy.

The staff is friendly and helpful. It's quiet and you can rest. Many beaches and restaurants in the area.

The apartment is modern, spacious, well-equipped, with views of both the mountains and the sea (it has two balconies and a large terrace). The cleanliness was impeccable, the host and staff were very kind, willing to solve our requests. The property is centrally located, close to the beach, with a shop and restaurant in the immediate vicinity. It is suitable for a family of up to four people, but for the two-level apartments (maisonette, with a bedroom on the ground floor and a living room with kitchen and bathroom on the upper floor), as we had, we specify that the internal staircase may pose some difficulties for the elderly or risks for small children, who should be helped or supervised. Fortunately, we were not in this situation. We stayed for 10 days and were very satisfied.

Our stay at Verandas was absolutely fantastic! The staff was amazing—so friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The place was cozy, spotlessly clean, and the daily cleaning service was a great touch. The location was perfect, and the people we met were so kind. These are only improvement suggestions: There is only one TV. If you have kids and it's raining, it might become an issue. Two apartment access keys. Two AC remotes. Permanent sleeping arrangements downstairs for two kids.

Location is great: seaside is 1 minute walk away, taverna right across the street and local store 50m away. The host and his family are amazing people. They proactively made sure we are not missing anything. The apartment was great: clean, modern, independent AC units for each room, external window blinds that provide excellent comfort for mid-day napping, good wifi, 3 balconies, private parking area. Garden shower. Bathroom: excellent water pressure, no drain clogs, clean, no smells, active venting.

We had a week off in Skala Potamia together with our 2 very young kids and we are so happy of our accommodation: big new spot clean room and living, great big bathroom (you know how small they usually are but this one was gorgeous and spaceous), everything modern, high quality and beautiful. Great location, supermarket is right next to it. A taverna is right across it. Seaside is 3-4 mins on foot. The apparatment was very clean and also was cleaned almost every day. Dimitris was very helpful!

The location is great, only 5 minutes walk to the sea. The facility and rooms are spotless. A detailed cleaning is done every day. The furnishings are new and there is everything you may need. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We were very comfortable and had a wonderful 4 days. Thank you.

The hotel was very clean, with brand new and luxury furnitures. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Balconies and terrace were big. When I have selected this accommodation it was considering the photos with the new rooms, new furniture and new bathrooms. This was what I expected to find. Unfortunately, I have received an apartment, big and clean, nothing to complain here, but not one we expected based on the photos. Because we requested an apartment with both rooms on the same level, we received, I think, the only apartment that was not updated. I consider that we should have been informed prior that if we wanted a same level, the option would be a non updated apartment. In this situation, we would have declined. Having an updated bath being important for us and as mentioned one of the reasons we selected Verands from the start. The price we payed was the same as for an updated apartment. And this I don't think it is fair. Also, there was a really bad smell in the bathroom half of each day we stayed and we had to keep the window open. We only informed the owners once we left because we just stayed 2 full days (although we considered staying for 6-7 nights) and we did not consider any fix would be possible in a short period, with us in the apartment, as the smell was a sewage one. For 2 days I can say it was just ok but if we would have stayed longer it would have been something to ruin our vacation.

Clean and close to the beach, under 5 minutes. Nice yard and big parking place. The owners seem nice. If receiving an updated apartment I assume you can have a nice vacation.
