The shower needs a non-slip mat. The shower head needed to be replace it was not clean. The extension shower head was the same the hose old and rusty look. Simple fixes.

It’s location in old town. Just be aware not to have much luggage due its location. Very quiet and surrounded by old buildings, shops, and restaurant. The breakfast excellent and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The bed was not very comfortable, and the breakfast on the average spectrum. I would have expected from a boutique hotel given the amount paid. Value for money was definitely not the strong point of the stay.

The property is super central, and quite well decorated. The staff was very curteous and nice.

Beds were a bit too hard but we have found this with a lot of beds in Greece and it’s easy to get used to it wasn’t so bad

Amazing 600 year old building air on kept it cool we had a little balcony which was great. Staff were absolutely amazing I cannot credit them enough lovely with my kids too!

There’s nothing not to like however, if you not very mobile I would check that it’s possible to have a room on a low floor as there is no lift.

Set in the old town this hotel is the perfect location for wandering the lanes. With so many great restaurants to choose from and beautiful boutique shops, it’s perfect for those that want to stay in the heart of Rethymon.

I was skeptical at first to climb the steps with our luggage. But the staff was so helpful to take it up for us.

Excellent location in the old town. Restaurants and shops nearby. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good with different varieties.

The room itself was really dated and austere, with no charm or a feel of comfort whatsoever. It was poorly lit, with old and only partially functioning equipment. Helena from reception did her best to assist and brought some more lamps, and took care of the malfunctioning equipment, but this, of course, couldn't help with the austerity of the room. Pitty. This place could be really wonderful if some updating would be done.

Absolutely nothing.

This place is insanely great. The room in which we where was incredible. Very well decorated with an ancient meet modern vibes. It exceeded our expectation. The restaurant looked really great but unfortunately we didn't try the food because our stay coincided with when it was close. It really is an exceptional place right in the old town. Great and welcoming staff as well. Do not hesitate.

We had some WiFi issues during the entire stay, that couldn't be fixed. Also the fridge in the room was very noisy unfortunately.

Hot water in the bathroom sink could be better. Parking was not available, so luggage had to be walked in about a 10 minute walk.

For me, I’m not a fan of solid tile floors and prefer wood or a carpet to soften the room. But the rooms were clean and large.

Bed was not too comfortable and no elevator, but it’s standard in this part of town.

Location is super convenient, surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants . The hotel is really nice, love architecture! The staff is awesome, especially Eleanor! She told us many great places to visit! Thank you for being so sweet!
