The host was so kind and welcoming. The room was big and very comfortable. The hot water and air conditioning were very nice. The views of the ocean from our balcony were amazing. My wife and I have stayed here twice, and we will stay here again when we are in Amoopi!

We were at Vardes Hotel Studios for the second time. A quiet, peaceful place close to beautiful beaches. Minas provided us with airport transfer and welcomed ouzo. The breakfasts were very good (goat cheese, yogurt, home-made honey, delicious fruit (figs, pomegranates). The room was clean, spacious with a comfortable bed and a terrace. If there were mosquito nets in the windows, sleep would be even better. Thank you Maria and Minas for a wonderful stay . See you .

We, a family of five, had a wonderful stay at Vardes Hotel Studios. The homemade breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and nice, and the hosts were very friendly and service-minded. Vardes is a peaceful place to stay, only a few minutes walk from the beach, and the hosts are always ready to help you in every possible way.

This is a small hotel, a very pleasant and quiet one. The room is spacious, and even have a small kitchen (though I did not use it aside of the fridge). The materases are very comfortable, linens and towels are fresh clean and are pleasant to touch. The room has the balcony with the see view; plus the balcony has its own tent, table and two chairs for relaxing or reading (the host reception has a book shelf). Also, the room equiped with an air conditioner, but I have't used it ones because balcony doors have shutters and that was enought for me to avoid the heat during my stay. I need to add that the brakfast is exelent!, including home made goat cheese and local honey (the hotel owner has goats and an apiary).

Mosquitoes. You'll need some electo fumigators or you won't have a quiet sleep.

Really good overnight stay before my plane out to Athens the next morning. (Name?) cheerfully met me at the ferry Port of Pigadia, then took me back to the airport the next morning after breakfast for a reasonable price. I appreciated a welcoming, filoxenia type evening ouzo upon arrival. The room was sparsely furnished but spacious and comfortable, with a view out to the sea in the distance. The breakfast on the terrace was very good and served with big smiles. I enjoyed my brief stay at the Vardes and would definitely stay again!

A lot of mosquitos when there is no wind, nets on the windows would be very useful. Breakfast was tasty, but there could be more variety.

Maria and Minas are lovely hosts. The breakfast served is local produce, beautifully presented and very tasty. Large studio, very clean, with a very comfortable bed. Quietly located down a driveway, so take a torch! Very peaceful. Highly recommended. Minas and Maria were so helpful with our onward travel plans- thank you.

Very convenient location, walking distance to one of the best beaches on the island, extremely friendly and willing to help owners. Breakfast with local products a big plus!

Water pressure was low, mattresses not very comfortable

We booked a room the day before arrival, on our way to the place the guest house owner informed us that due to a mistake the room was not available. The owner of the place picked us up and let us understand that he would finance the cost of staying elsewhere, instead he let us stay in the rooms far from the beach, we had to rent a scooter to get to the beach, the rooms at the restaurant he provided us with were clean but very old... in the end we paid Full price for a place we didn't choose

Our vacation at Vardes hotel was wonderful! The hotel is a family business and you feel like home. The staff was very kind. Minas provided us the transfer from the airport and suggestions for our vacation. The place is very peaceful, perfect for relax. The breakfast prepared by Maria with fresh cheese and other Greek specialties was very good and abundant. The position is perfect. You can walk in a few minutes to Amoopi beaches where the sea is always calm even on windy days. There are also a few tavernas. The room was clean and spacious with a small terrace where you can have dinner with a great view.

Hotel is run by a beautiful and incredibly accommodating family. Such a peaceful place with only a short walk to the nearby Amoopi and Votsalakia beaches, restaurants and minimarkets. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast was sensational.

The location was ok and near to beach ⛱. Quiet and pleasant and breakfast was plentiful .

Peaceful location to relax and just a short walk to the beach . The studio was a perfect size and very clean . Breakfast was amazing , home made cheese by Minas is out of this world ! They have been very kind and did their best to satisfy all our needs ! I strongly recommend this place , it’s a paradise !
