V&C Paradise Apartments were our second stop on the island, the first on the southern part. We stayed on the ground floor, 50 meters from the sea. Calming, pleasant, comfortable, in the immediate vicinity of the market, a few tavernas, a bar, and everything we needed. The nature in the south of the island is wild, unspoiled, there are fewer tourists, the beaches are divine, we visited Frangocastela. Upon arrival, fruit, olive oil, and water were waiting for us in the fridge. There is a varied breakfast, the owner and his team are professional and pleasant people to talk to. We recommend it. Three days passed quickly, but the next stop was already waiting for us, and we had to move on ....

Although everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained the bathrooms were a little tired and could do with upgrading.

Lovely location right on a quiet beach. Free sunbeds and shades. Breakfast and light lunches available in the Taverna attached. No evening meals but plenty of traditional, good value, eating options nearby - 20 minute walk along beach road or 5 mins by car. Superb scenic drive along coast road to Plakias from property. George, the owner along with his mother, couldn't have been more helpful. Studios on 1st floor had a balcony with uninterrupted sea views. Ground floor 1 bedroom rooms with kitchenette had large patio in front of accommodation also with sea views.

Nothing that we didn't like!

Close proximity to the beach. Friendly and helpful host. Good facilities. Clean, tidy and modern. Peaceful. Would reccomend having a car if you are staying here.

Unfortunately the tavern does not serve lunch or dinner anymore, and we were not told about until we arrived. In fact I might not have stayed here if I'd known (their website is very misleading as it describes the tavern with menu and everything!!!).

Modern clean studio (with brand new bathroom!) close to a lovely uncrowded beach with free sunbeds/umbrellas. Very nice breakfast served by the mother - no choice but she just kept coming out with more food! Slight variations from day to day. One taverna for dinner very close by - tasty, but rustic and expensive! Several others about 15-20 min walk along the coast.

This little pension is a real gem on the island of Crete. George and his mother are so nice and helpful, the rooms are new, very nice and clean. The breakfast tastes really good and is more than enough. There is not much traffic at this location so it’s perfect for the kids to explore this area on their own. V&C Paradise is perfect for relaxing and having a good time especially with the beach that is only a few meters away from the house. You can have snacks like pizza and sandwiches all the day…also drinks, ice cream and also real cappuccino ( yes, this is important ☺️). We have had an Appartement with our private Garden wich was breathtaking. All in all we can say that our stay at V&C Paradise was an absolute amazing time and so it can be highly recommended by us. See you next year, George P.S. Rodakino has no nightlife, an it is really quiet there. If you are searching for action and party, then maybe Rodakino is not the perfect place to be.

Beach, taverna and seaview

Great location right on a big, quiet beach (blue flag). Free umbrella and sunbeds for guests. Private parking in the shade. Big apartment with a nice outdoor seating area. The apartment has everything you need (kitchenette, safe, plenty of storage space). Nice, friendly hosts. Good and abundant breakfast. The taverna has excellent food, and there are also a few other good tavernas nearby. Perfect for a relaxing holiday! Consider that the roads leading to the nearest, bigger towns (e.g. Plakias, Frangokastello) are mountain roads that are often narrow and steep and not well illuminated, so they can be tricky after dark.

George was a wonderful host, and accommodated us at a very late check in. The accommodation was perfect for us - a family of 2 adults, and 2 children. Right on a beautiful beach. The breakfast is very generous and a treat of local food.

A/C is a bit old (it takes quite a lot of time to cool down the room), wc flush was too loud

We really liked the breakfast but after 5 days it was a bit tiring. Maybe a list the night before to tick what you would like would reduce the amount of waste. Only a suggestion but overall the breakfast was plentiful and nice quality.

We had the studio on the ground floor and it was beautiful. Very stylish and it was immaculately clean. They even changed the bedding and towel every 2 days. George, his mum and all the staff were so nice. Nothing was ever a problem. The food in the taverna was lovely as well. We ate there most nights.

A small minus for the noisy clim and refrigerator.

Great place to relax, very friendly owner, George! At Korakas Beach and near 2 other, lovely beaches. Enough places to eat in the neighbourhood. The apartment was as clean as can be!
