Just returned from an incredible holiday in Greece and I’m still dreaming about this spectacular home. The location couldn’t be better—literally steps away from the world-famous blue domes in Oia. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the wonderful host family who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Anestis was an exceptional communicator, organizing all our transportation, tours, and even a private dinner. The dinner, prepared by his father (a talented chef), featured delicious traditional Greek dishes that we’re still talking about. The whole family was incredibly kind and welcoming. The house itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and plenty of food and water provided. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we return to Oia!

The only downside was the traffic with all of the people we had to walk thru to get there.

Let me first start by saying the hospitality of our host, Anesti and his family were simply AMAZING!🤩 our villa was everything we thought it would be and more. The spectacular viewpoint of our location was breathtaking. Anesti went out of the way to have upon our arrival a birthday cake and balloons for our daughter. The amenities in our villa were exactly as depicted on the website, but more captivating in person. There wasn’t anything we needed to do or get in order to feel at home even though we were thousands of miles away. From picking us up at the airport, and bringing us to the villa Anesti was amazing. During the drive he pointed out highlights of the area along with history. I was very nervous and overwhelmed traveling to Greece, but Anesti made it so comfortable. From tours, to restaurants, and excursions, Anesti guided us with everything. Our greatest highlight of our stay was having our hosts wife and father prepare us an authentic Greek dinner in our villa. It was extremely AMAZING. The preparation, the table setting, and the service was parallel to a fine dining restaurant. Another high note was the recommendations of our private catamaran sunset cruise, our beach day, and the photo shoot for our children. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to have an amazing Oia, Santorini experience. I look forward to being able to return.

Everything! Anestis’s Villa is incredible! It is extremely clean, has everything you need, comfortable beds, and if you need anything Anestis is there to help. He checks in on you everyday and helped us book all restaurants and rides. Eat at Thalami! His family’s private dinner of traditional Greek food served up on the upper terrace is a wonderful experience and his father’s food is amazing. The views and location are stunning!

Everything was above and beyond what I expected.

The term "once in a lifetime location" gets thrown out so liberally that it often loses meaning. Santo Blue Horizon is the type of property that phrase is really meant for. You will constantly pinch yourself given how surreal the location is and the views are.

Absolutely nothing ... this is one of the most beautiful and magical places we've ever stayed.

This property was spotlessly clean, quiet, and beautiful. And the view is literally on many of the postcards you can buy around Santorini. We didn't think it could be as good as the reviews claimed, but it ended up being better! Anestis and his parents are the perfect hosts. What a thrill it was to stay here!

Our family just had the most amazing vacation at this most beautiful cave villa for our Santorini trip. The property has the most incredible view and it is so close to everything. Its two level structure with deck and balcony provides most fantastic view and fun that no one else can beat. We got to meet the host family the first day. They are exceptional nice and welcoming. The mom and dad took care the house and made it sparkling clean. Their son Anestis is such a great young man who picked our group up and accommodated the additional friends that don’t have pick up arrangement. We decided to cancel all arranged tour to other places just to stay more time at the villa to enjoy its beauty. This stay made our most memorable experience about Greece.
