Pratticamente tutto..l'hotel completamente diverso dalle foto e dalle video che si possono vedere sul web. La struttura è vecchia, i parti comuni hanno bisogno del rinnovamento e la pulizia. Tante cose (sdrai, sedie) rotte, buccate con i pezzi mancanti, le doccie e le piscine piene di calcare e graffiate, anche la doccia e il cucinotto nella camera ha bisogno di pulizia e manutenzione..la colazione-terribile..l'internet non funzionava..sono rimasta delusa, con questo prezzo puoi trovare i posti migliori..

Il rumore poiché le porte non isolano granché bene e i letti: quello matrimoniale non era particolarmente lungo e di fatto erano due materassi affiancati. Il nostro appartamento dava letteralmente sulla strada quindi il balconcino non era utilizzabile (altri appartamenti avevano il terrazzino che dava sull’interno della struttura).

Recensione verificataLa struttura è molto carina ed accogliente… c’è anche una piccola piscina che però noi non abbiamo utilizzato perché abbiamo preferito il mare… Alla reception, il sig. Kostas è stato gentilissimo, ci ha suggerito un sacco di spiagge da visitare ed ha accolto ogni nostra esigenza.
Nulla… tutto davvero molto bello. L’unica cosa che manca durante la colazione è del personale di sala che sistemi i tavoli perché il buffet e la gestione self-service della colazione implica che gli ospiti siano educati, ma purtroppo spesso lasciano tutto sporco e c’è bisogno qualcuno che controlli.

Recensione verificataOttima posizione, molto accogliente, carinissima la piccola piscina in cui poter passare qualche ora. Bello anche il panorama offerto a colazione. Nonostante qualche piccolo intoppo, non riusciamo a dare meno di 10 stelle per l’accoglienza di Patty e dello staff di signore che si occupavano della colazione e della pulizia delle camere. Siamo stati sempre accolti con un sorriso, subito pronte ad accogliere ogni esigenza e richiesta! Speriamo a presto, i ragazzi siciliani della stanza 83!

Recensione verificataLa posizione ottima, raggiungibile da entrambi gli aeroporti molto facilmente, e ottimi collegamenti con tutta l'isola. Staff molto cordiale. Ambiente discreto, camere pulite.
Purtroppo l'unica pecca che ho trovato è stata la colazione. Da buon italiano Adoro il cornetto al mattino o comunque qualcosa di dolce, tipo torta o dei biscotti...Purtroppo ci solo marmellate confezionate da spalmare sul pane. Se ti piace la colazione salata invece hai un ottima scelta e varietà.

Recensione verificataColazione scarsa, qualità scadente, location notevolmente sporca. Nessun ascensore, tante scale impervie, scivolose, ho rischiato di cadere un paio di volte, Accoglienza pessima, receptionist logorroica ed attesa per sistemazione in stanza snervante e liunghissima. Nessun sapone in 4 giorni, sono andata al supermercato a comprarmelo; finito l'unico rorolo di carta igienica sono dovuta andare personalmente a chiederne un altro. Ho richiesto una stanza vista mare ed invece la vista era su un cantiere.
