Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandThomas Art Hotel is truly outstanding and I highly recommend it. The location is unbeatable, and the views from the property—especially from the second-floor balconies—are breathtaking. Our room was immaculate and cleaned daily. The hosts are exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They suggested the best spots to visit in Corfu and every recommendation was spot on. One highlight was the restaurant on Yaliskari Beach, recommended by Manolo. Both the food and the picturesque beach are unforgettable, well worth the drive along the steep, winding roads. Pelekas also serves as an ideal base for exploring Corfu. All in all, a fantastic place to stay in Corfu.

PolandFullness of happiness will be offered, when windows are equipped with mosquito nets - would be another major advantage of the hotel as a whole.
A very friendly, helpful and well mannered Host of the hotel acompanied by equaly nice Lady assistant. Nice cornered room, with two doors leading to a balcony with an excellent view of the Ionian see and coast from the II-nd floor. The bed was one of those, were you really have more than plenty of soft space for a couple to relax. A sufficient breakfast in a pleasant surrounding. A superb location (on a sunset view point). Central location on the island makes it a great spot for a base to explore the whole island. There are four/five completely different beaches nearby, reachable within short car drive.

NetherlandsThe airconditioning (in our room at least) got slightly cold, so it took quite some time to get the room to a nice temperature when it was 37C outside. There is no WiFi in the rooms, but being within the EU this was no problem for us. And a good note is that they only accepted cash for the hotel payment. There is an ATM nearby, so that is not a big issue, but it's not very modern.
To start, the hosts are fantastic! We've never experienced such friendly, open and involved hosts before. We've never seen Manolo NOT smile during our stay. They went beyond what a normal customer could ask, which is something we will never forget. The hotel and location are fantastic as well. Pelekas is a nice and relatively quiet village up the hill, away from the mass tourism on the beaches. There are some good restaurants on walking distance, a bakery and a small super market. Based on Manolo's advice we visited Yaliskari Beach, which is a small beach close by (15 min driving) with an amazing Taverna. 10/10 would recommend just going there all beach-days. The hotel has a beautiful view, which can be enjoyed during breakfast also. And to tag on that; the breakfast has many many great options to pick from.

NetherlandsNothing to mention for us
We had a perfect stay here. The staff is super friendly and have the best tips for beaches, restaurants or what to do on Corfu. Also for planning of trips with a boat they help you. The hotel is clean, the location is great and the breakfast is delicious. If we could give more than 10 point we would. Thank you Manolo for this perfect holiday!

United KingdomSuch a beautiful location in a lovely mountain village. The hotel itself is stunning, always kept to a very high standard and has such a unique feel to it. The rooms are so lovely, clean, and well looked after with a beautiful balcony to watch the sunset. Manolo couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried! Always available and explained to us the island and where to eat/ visit. Would definitely recommend renting a car if you can- again Manolo helped us with that. The beaches are about a 5 min drive away but probably a 30 minute walk down quite steep hills! Would 100% come back here and couldn’t recommend enough. Lots of tavernas/ cafes/ bars within a 2 minute walking distance from the hotel and the old town is about a 20 minute drive away- but there is also a bus that goes a few times a day to the old town from Pelekas which we took. Thank you Manolo for making our stay so special!! 🫶

United KingdomPelekas is a hilly village, as are many villages in Corfu. The hotel has a steepish path to the entrance, although not an issue, perhaps a handrail on the wall, would have been assistance to me, as I have MS, and am not as mobile as I used to be.
Manolo and his wife were very hospitable and were more than happy to assist with any requests, nothing was too much trouble. The room had an excellent view from the balcony and terrace where breakfast was served.

United KingdomThere was nothing about the hotel that we didn't like! However it is worth saying that we were glad that we had hired a car for the duration, as the roads to the beaches were extremely steep, and further than we would have wanted to walk. But if we return to Pelekas we will definitely choose to stay at the Thomas Art Hotel again, as, for us, the pleasure of being there far outweighed this factor.
Manolo, Michaela and staff could not have made us feel more welcome - always smiling and friendly and checking if we needed anything - and Manolo provided lots of helpful information about where to eat, access to beaches etc.. They genuinely seem to care about giving their guests the very best experience they possibly can and they have created a unique and special place with a really happy atmosphere. Beautiful view to the sea from the terrace and our balcony. Very peaceful. Very clean. Lovely breakfasts with lots of choices including huge portions of the most dreamy Greek yoghurt with honey! Proximity to friendly and attractive Pelekas centre with some good restaurants and a few small shops was really handy.

NetherlandsNothing, it was perfect!
The view was amazing, especially the sunset and the wide view of the landscape to the sea. Everything was really clean due to the daily room service, and the people were so kind! They can arrange activities cheaper because they do not charge commission, so if you are looking for boat trips to Antipaxos for example, you can ask them to book it for you (this applies also to other activities). TLDR: A 10/10 hotel, it is 100% worth the money!

LatviaThe owners of the hotel made us feel like family - they took great care of us and made sure that our stay was exceptional. The room was very clean, beautiful and had an excellent view from the balcony (Deluxe Room). The main owner, Mr. Manolo, even offered to help us plan out all the activities for each day and always tried to help out in any way possible (car rental, boat trips, restaurants and other general tips on life in Corfu) to ensure that our stay in Corfu was as pleasant as possible. The location of the hotel is also exceptional and is not too far away from beautiful beaches and other notable sights on the island.

HungaryBreakfast selection is good and offered in a clever way, however, using less small packaging and more local products by default could make the experience even better.
The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing, full of creative details. Manolo made us feel at home, he was the most caring host we have ever met so far. The view was stunning from our room, we could see the moon's reflection on the sea from the bed through the open balcony doors. At the reception there is a corner with useful stuff e.g. sun umbrella, books which you can borrow during your stay.

A piece of art! ♥️Absolutely loved the place, the hosts, the surroundings, the food, the coffee (so good!), the warmth of the village, the seaview and the list can go on and on! Manolo and Mikaela (and their lovely staff) really make you feel like at home and even better since they do take care of everything and make sure you have the best holiday! The place is located in such a lovely village, you have plenty of places to enjoy food, fresh bakery, drinks and even hikes or shopping just around the corner. The rooms are very clean, cosy and comfortable! To me this whole holiday felt like a dream! So much that we would have loved to stay even more! Also - you have plenty of space for parking nearby. And you will get all the needed recommendations to have the best experiences on the island from Manolo!
