Kate is a fantastic host. Precise, attentive to detail, and incredibly friendly. Communication with her was smooth right from the booking. The apartment itself is excellent: located in a quiet part of Santorini, yet within easy reach of all the main attractions and points of interest. For our family of four, it was the perfect stay!

Mama Thira was exceptionally friendly, we were greeted so warmly and we immediately felt at home. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. 10/10 would come back. Air conditioning was in every room and very efficient, kept the room nice and cool.

There is not one thing bad about this place.

Me and my partner had an amazing experience here from start to finish; Kate, the host of the place, she outdone herself by sorting out our transfer from the airport and onto our next part of the holiday, welcomed us very dearly as soon as we arrived. The place itself is one of a kind, my biggest regret is not staying here longer, right of the bat you are stepping into a very spacious apartment, clean and comfortable interior, Netflix, a fully kitted out kitchen that really makes you feel like home. If this is your first time in Santorini, don’t feel that you must be in Thira or Oia to enjoy the island, it’s very easy to get around especially if you rent out an ATV or a car. As for shops, there are mini markets and a lovely restaurant in the centre of mesaria (a 5 minute walk from the stay). Thank you very much Kate!

Kate, the host, is simply amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and she helps with everything you could possibly need. On top of this, she is absolutely charming. The villas are clean, well thought out and have everything you could need. More luck than judgement on our part but they are situated pretty much in the middle of the island so everything you need to do/see isn't more than a 25/30 minute drive. If you don't want a car, Kate can provide a bus timetable and there is a supermarket, pharmacy, gift shop and a few good restaurants within a five minute walk. We would go back in a heartbeat.

From the moment I arrived, the friendly host with a beautiful smile greeted me and allowed me to check in early, which made the start of my trip very pleasant. One of the highlights of this accommodation was the hot jacuzzi, which was very clean and well-maintained. The host frequently checked the jacuzzi and took care of the trash, ensuring everything was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, which was very convenient. It was a perfect place to relax comfortably. If I visit Santorini again, I will definitely choose this house. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Absolutly amazing apartment close to local shops and resturants and local bus stops were you can go any were on the island for just a few euro. Apartment had everything you need for your stay and hot tub is great to relax after days of site seeing. Kate who looks after the apartment is a great help for any thing you need through out your stay.

Beautiful house, very clean and comfortable, has three terraces, the main one with jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. A 5 minute walk there is a bus stop and a mini market. The owner Kate is fantastic, always available and sunny, will make you feel at home. If we return to Santorini we will not hesitate to return to Thiramor

I stayed at Thiramor House with my family for 4 nights. The apartment was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, especially for the babies. Kate had everything prepared prior to our arrival: a baby cot, a baby chair, plastic plates and cutlery, and even a hand blender which proved incredibly useful for making baby food. The apartment itself is modern, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing. The presence of a jacuzzi added to the experience. Its location is highly convenient: - Just 3 minutes drive from restaurants and supermarkets - A 10-minute drive to Fira - A 10-minute drive to Kamari - 15 minutes drive from Oia - 20 minutes drive from Perivolos Kate was consistently available to address our questions and assist us in person when needed. Although we encountered a minor misunderstanding with the taxi driver Kate had arranged for us, she kindly offered to cover the cost of the return taxi, which we greatly appreciated. Our time at Thiramor House was fantastic, and we would certainly choose to stay here again if we ever revisit Santorini.

Kate was the most accomodating and considerate host we have ever met! She was kind, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The accomodation itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and exceeded our expectations. Kate organised a moped for us to hire which was how we travelled around the island, this was a fun and easy way to get around. We absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave, we patricularly enjoyed relaxed evenings in the hot tub. We will be telling all our friends about this amazing place!

The host met us at the property and showed the house around and also told us about the local attractions. Beautiful place for a family with two rooms and cot option for the baby. First room had king size bed with wardrobes and hanging shelves for storage. The second room was upstairs with two single beds for kids and a toilet. Family kitchen, dining, bathroom, and outside balcony for evening tea. The house also had a Jacuzzi, which kids loved spending time in. The host was very helpful with everything and was only a call away if we needed anything . The location of the property is ideal with most of the attractions within 20-30 mins away. Lots of food options within a mile distance. Highly Recommneded!!!

Kate has informed that we were given the wrong apartment from what we have booked and our current apartment was slightly smaller. She was very apologetic and we nonetheless enjoyed our stay in her apartment!

This house is beautiful. It was fully furnished and comfortable for a family of three. It also had a warmed jacuzzi which was a bonus! We also enjoyed our outdoor seatings in the front and back yard. It was also close to nearby supermarkets such as carrefour express and many food chains ranging from grilled food to gyros. We are very grateful for the hospitality of Kate, she made us feel very welcomed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I would highly recommend this place.

What a great find!! The apartments are large, very clean, well equipped and of a high standard. Every little detail is catered for. Caterina is a warm, caring and attentive host. She's always available to ensure your stay is comfortable and she goes the extra mile to ensure that. She is a local and she's happy to share all kind of tips and recommendations that enhance your stay to make your Santorini experience unforgettable. The location is perfect to visit the Island, right in the middle of it so, it's easy to travel to and forth and at a short walking distance to the village where you can find shops, market, petrol station, restaurants and ATM bank. The apartments have their own, heated jacuzzi but are also located next to a hotel which makes delicious cocktails and you can make use of the swimming pool there, thanks to Caterina good networking, and the bar staff there is very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

The location was great. Down a back lane so very quiet. The main asset to this property, as has been mentioned before is Katerina. She is without doubt one of the nicest, kind and diligent people I have ever come across. Hard working and always ready to help. She makes this place work very well.
