Beautiful location exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon overlooking the caldera and the signature Santorini white buildings without being in Oia. You feel so close to the caldera and it was magical with the jacuzzi outside.

Everything was perfect

Beautiful apartment with a view of the caldera. We had everything we needed, a spacious living room, a bedroom with a window over the volcano and the cruise ships moored there. And the cherry on the cake - a terrace with a heated jacuzzi with warm relaxing water. Amazing views. Every morning breakfast was served to choose from the menu. Contact with Athena and the service of the apartment at the highest level. We wanted to relax above all and we managed to do that 100%.

When the taxi driver first dropped us off, we had to wait 5 minutes or so until we met the owner, and she was definitely aware of our arrival time. Once we met her, we waited another 5 minutes for her luggage assistant to arrive. Maybe that is a little harsh to hold against them, but when you're paying 460 euros a night, I think this could have been a bit smoother. From that point on though, we felt very taken care of. While there are many steps to get to the room from the street, and another 15 or so to get to your terrace, this is Santorini and you must understand it is unavoidable. Same goes for the ceiling in the room, I am 6'2 and I head to tilt my head in the bedroom/bathroom area. Again, this is probably the case in every Santorini property. The only real problem I can say with the room was there were many small ants by the window in the bedroom, which is right behind where you lay your head. We must have killed over 20 in our two nights, 2 or 3 making their way onto the bed. I alerted Athena and she said they would take care of it, so I hope they have.

I looked long and hard for a place in Fira that not only had a caldera view with a jacuzzi, but offered privacy and views of the white buildings around. It seemed too good to be true when I found this place, and I am pleased to say the view was exactly what I wanted! Everything was as expected. Athena was very responsive on Whatsapp and arranged for airport pickup and seaport dropoff. It was maybe a little expensive, but the driver was very nice and made good conversation. The breakfast was very good, and of course tastes better with that amazing view. There is a simple espresso machine that was very useful. The infinity jacuzzi was perfect. If anything, it would be nice if the water could be set to be cooler during the hot day, but I'm being a little picky now. Upon arrival and departure, someone took our suitcases for us, which was incredibly helpful. I've been to Santorini before, and am so happy my wife could experience this place for the first time in this room with that terrace.

The views were incredible from the terrace, location was a two minute walk to the shops in the town, there was a fantastic restaurant outside the front door which we ate at several times, the pool/jacuzzi was really warm, the suite was immaculately clean, and the team at Thera Villas were really helpful!

We LOVED EVERYTHING

It was the most beautiful experience. I absolutely loved the privacy, the sunsets were just incredible, we didn't have to leave our Villa to enjoy the most incredible sunsets! Athena has organised the activities for us and looked after us with everything! My partner made a very special surprise for me during the stay and proposed to me in the villa 🥹💍 Athena helped to organise the chef that cooked wonderful dinner for us, she took me out for drink, so that my other half could prepare the surprise for me and I had no idea what is happening all that time. It was a trip we will never forget ❤️ Athena was a major part of this!! Thank you Athena! We will most certainly comeback 🥰❤️

The location is fantastic! Athena was an excellent host, professional and always available to help. The indoor pool was surprisingly fun and novel. Three separate bedrooms each on their own level with their own bathroom was awesome for us and two teenagers. The omelette option for breakfast was tasty. Generous amounts of coffee provided as well as a daily morning room refresh service. The staff is really lovely. Having help with taxi transfer and luggage was immensely appreciated and totally fair in price. Wi-Fi was reliable. We slept great on comfy beds and in the deep quiet of the interior bedrooms. Be sure to be outside by 7:30am to see the beautiful mules walk by!

There was maintenance that needed to be done on a machine which interrupted our stay, we didn’t need to be at the villa for them to access however they didn’t give any notice of them coming by and would just let themselves which I found a bit strange.

The property was beautiful and everything you want / expect for Santorini, the jacuzzi was perfect and having access to the terrace was really lovely. Also you are close to town.

That 10 minute walk- but is the price for such privacy! As expected, many shops closed in mid-winter but then no crowds.

Breakfasts were ordered from a large menu and delivered to room at set time next day. Exceptionally varied and home cooked choices. Athena is a very accommodating and responsive host. Wonderful 3br apartment design included large interior hot tub. Location was very private, overlooking the caldera. A mildly challenging 10 minute walk to reach shops, restaurants, etc. Private guided car tour with George made the most of our 3 days in Santorini.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at Thera Villas in Santorini, Greece, and I can't say enough about this hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms and breathtaking views. The villa itself (misonette), was a paradise with not one, but two jetted and heated plunge pools that made relaxation a priority. An essential aspect of our stay at Thera Villas that added to the overall perfection was the exceptional level of privacy provided. This feature was particularly important to us as my wife wears a hijab. At Thera Villas, she was able to fully relish the breathtaking view and enjoy both of the pools with complete privacy. The respect for our privacy and the thoughtful design of the villa truly made our stay exceptional, ensuring that every moment was comfortable and stress-free. Thera Villas' commitment to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment deserves special recognition. The highlight of this remarkable stay was the stunning view of the caldera volcano, perfectly centered in the view when sitting in the terrace, It felt like a scene straight out of a postcard. The entire experience was elevated by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Our host, Athena, was incredibly friendly. What made our visit even more special was that it was my wife's birthday, and the team at Thera Villas made sure to make it unforgettable. They surprised us a dinner reservation at one of the best restaurants in the area with a mesmerizing sunset view, taking care of the bill, also arranged some beautiful flowers and a birthday cake on the house. The service didn't stop there; the entire staff was outstanding. The room service consistently kept our villa tidy and clean, and they even assisted us with our bags upon arrival and departure. They went above and beyond by picking us up from the main square and guiding us to the hotel.
