There was nothing we didn’t like.

We loved the interior design of the hotel, the localization is also amazing, because it’s close to the beach, Petra, Molyvos, but it’s also very quiet.

Simple but elegant renovated hotel in a quiet area just few minutes walking from the center of Petra, 5 min from the beach and very close to Molyvos. Fantastic homemade breakfast prepared meticulously every morning by the staff. Rene is a very kind and attentive hostess!

All the days we stayed there we never got warm water in the shower (which was not a big deal since it was summer!)

This is a family run hotel located couple of hundred meters from the sea. The room was super nice and people were kind. We enjoyed very much having the homemade breakfast next to pool (which changed daily!).

It would have made us very happy if there had been coffee in the room. My only negative comment is about the shower heads — they should be replaced, and adjusting the water temperature takes quite some time.

The hotel is very clean and has an excellent location. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Many thanks to Rene for her kindness and warm attitude.

There was no crockery or cooking facilities in the apartment, which didn't bother us as we tended to eat out. I understand you can get them for a few euros. Also, the pool snack bar didn't do snacks!

We had a fantastic time at Theodora, our apartment was large and comfortable. It was cleaned very well every day except Sunday, with fresh linen and towels every third day. There are trees just outside full of sparrows, and swallows nest under the eaves, lovely to wake up to. In the evening from the balcony you can hear cicadas in the fields next door. The pool area is very spacious, with plenty of beds, and set in lovely gardens with lots of birds and red squirrels! The beach is only 200 yards away, with an excellent beach bar, and the edge of town is only 200 yards further. The owners, Renee and Stratos, are very friendly and helpful (not that we needed much help), and serve an excellent cooked breakfast, which was a fantastic surprise to us as we hadn't realised the rate included breakfast!

Internet was a bit weak in some spots but who needs internet at vacation:)

The rooms were clean and big enough for a family that have 2 kids. Owners were perfect took care of us, they were very kind. Breakfast was perfect. Ms Rene’s home made yoghurts were delicious.

The only issue was that the pool was a bit dirty, but that was due to the leaves blown in by the wind

A family-run hotel managed by Rene and her friendly and welcoming family. We stayed in the apartment that was fully equipped with all the necessary basics: fridge, oven, stove, microwave, etc. The bathroom was stocked with shower gel and shampoo, and the apartment also had air conditioning, a balcony, and a spectacular terrace. However, despite the great apartment, the well-maintained gardens, and the excellent, clean pool with plenty of sun loungers available, what impressed us the most were the homemade breakfasts. Breakfast is not a buffet but rather a fixed menu that varies daily, always including fruit and Greek yogurt, and alternating between eggs, pancakes, and tarts. We loved it and will miss it dearly. On top of all this, the hotel is just a 4-minute walk from Petra beach. It is an excellent choice. You will hardly find a better alternative. I highly recommend it, 100%.

There is nothing we didn’t like

We loved our stay at Theodora Hotel. Everything from the tastefully decorated rooms (with comfy beds), the cleanliness, the location and the wonderful staff made our stay enjoyable. It had such a lovely family feel, enhanced by the fact that the hotel is owned / run by 3 generations of the one family. We sat under vines eating a delicious breakfast. I loved the yoghurt with granola and fruit which was served upon sitting down, along with fresh bread and cake. This was then followed by a choice of a lovely cooked breakfast - so much better than what we had received at a more expensive hotel in Santorini. All the staff were attentive and very helpful. We were there with a group of friends - 8 adults and 9 older teens (15 - 19) and we all loved our stay. I didn’t hear one complaint. Thanks to everyone at Theodora for making our holiday with close friends even more special

Theodora Hotel, with its location, rooms, and friendly staff, is an excellent hotel. If you are looking for a place that is more authentic and clean rather than luxurious, it is a perfect choice. The hotel is almost 300 meters close to Petra Beach, where we spent most of our day. The breakfasts are simple but quite satisfying and sufficient. The most important thing is that the staff is friendly and helpful.

Absolutely everything was amazing. Brilliant family hotel with lovely and very friendly owners. Comfortable and very clean rooms in boho style. Delicious breakfast. Nice pool with a lot of sun beds. Good wi-fi. Close to the beach and Petra town. We will definitely return one day and we highly recommend! :-)

On an island famous for its olives, it would be good to have olives for breakfast.
