During hot days the apartment stays hot overnight, so air-condition should be used for sleaping

Apartment is well equipped, on quite place. There is nice beach, restorants, market on 5 minutes walking distance, but moreover .location is suitable as base to explore Mani peninsula. There are too many places worth to be visited (beaches, landmarks, taverna's) so be prepared for driving sometimes 2+ hours in one direction. The hosts are very polite, always ready to make your day better.

The room was extremely clean and tidy. The location is awesome. On one window you can see the mountains, on other - breathtaking sea view. Mrs Theodora offered us all local information that we needed or asked. There are great tavernas at walking distance. Highly recommended!

There was nothing not to like about the place and the accommodation.

What can I say about the Theodora? Beautiful views , relaxing ,clean well equipped facilities.The hosts were first class,so friendly and advised us on transport and beaches which bytheway were very close and easily accessible and we're very quiet most days.We will definitely be returning.

Best part of holiday is to see new beautiful places, one would say. For us, meeting amazing people was  the best part in Avia. Theodora and her family is an astonishing experience. Our hostess is a full perfect 10. When we left here, we felt like we have left family. For sure, we will carry her in our hearts as a golden memory. Everything was great. It was a simple, fully functional and comfortable apartment in a great location with a fantastic view.

Theodora met me when I arrived, gave me the key, and showed me the room. It was a lovely room that had everything we needed: a built-in kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, stove, dish washing liquid), a bathroom with a new shower, and a spacious balcony with a fantastic view of part of the Messinian bay. Theodora was a wonderful and caring host.

We had a great stay at Theodora’s! Located in the pretty village of Avia, our spacious room had a great view of the sea, and a large balcony for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The room had a fabulous bed; lots of practical storage space and electrical plugs, ultra modern bathroom, a small kitchenette perfect for making small meals, comfortable chairs, on-site parking, etc. One of the best places we stayed in our 5 week trip to Greece! Theodora was an excellent hostess, and gave us great suggestions on places to visit, such as ancient Messina. Close to the Mani, Kardamyli, Kalamata. We highly recommend this hotel.

This is a 8-suit mini-hotel perfect for a few days away from the busy life to swim and enjoy life. The room is great, the beach is in a 5-min walk. There are 2 good restaurants and a coffee-shop with a take away in 3 mins walk. The sea is perfect with many-many fish don't forget to get your snorkel with you. The host Theodora and her family are super-nice.
