The owner was very rude in his behaviour and specially he did not clarify on the first day that breakfast wasn’t included in our booking. At the time of check out at last hour he told us about this and demanded money specially when we were getting late for our next destination which is very unprofessional

A little more information about the resort and what to do when we checked in or in the room when we checked in. I didn’t know they had a restaurant until we checked out.

The pool was great, walking distance to everything. I paid to have someone to be at the airport to pick me up and they were not there when we arrived. They did eventually come but I paid so I didn’t have to wait.

We stayed for 4 days and the rooms were never cleaned! Only the trash were emptied and towels were changed only coz we had asked!

I wake up very early and the structure was a perfect place for me to witness sunrise! Every morning it was right in front of our window! Amazing!🤩 We were given the possibility to stay in our room even after check out time which allowed to take our time! 12 mins walk from centre! Behind gravelled car park and dirt roads but part of most islands I guess!

A little more detail about what the hotel had to offer in regards to breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the city where there are lots of restaurants and small shops. The pool and pool area are really nice and have a good view of the water. I read some comments about the walk/road to the hotel from the shops and yes there is a lot of rubbish and it is a dirt road with little lighting, however, this is not the hotel's fault, all the back streets of this town had a lot of rubbish. The walk is slightly uphill and could be challenging if you are elderly, however, we had no issues and did it many times. The rooms are fine, a little dated but for the price and location, I think it was value. The hotel staff were lovely and very accommodating. It was a quiet and secure location.

We were asked to pay a security deposit which was a surprise to us and although this in itself is not an issue I have yet to receive a refund despite leaving the villa clean, tidy and in good order. I am still awaiting a response to an email requesting my refund. I would just be aware of this. We also reported that the safe was not working and this was not dealt with. Not a problem as we locked our valuables in our cases but disappointing that no effort was made to fix it.

Our villa was very spacious , clean and comfortable. The lack of doors on the bedrooms was a little strange but we soon got used to it and it didn’t affect our stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The flexibility of being able to have a late checkout was much appreciated as we had a late flight and enabled us to enjoy our last day. The airport transfer is also a great help. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Host was excellent and very helpful. The hotel Room was great for a family of four. The hotel was as advertised. We choose breakfast outside the hotel. The pool was decent, and we did not use it.

Mosquitoes came into my room and hard to get rid of them. Location of property is close to Fira town square maybe 15 mins walk but property is on hill and it's tough to climb up and down every day.

Property is good and so was room. Hotel owner was good individual as well.

As a solo traveller I (personally) felt it was remote for returning at night as off the beaten track. However I would say Santorini is a safe place to stay generally.

Lovely small hotel with very helpful owner to suggest places to visit. Outside balcony and close to pool area. Comfortable room and basic cooking facilities. Walking distance to Thira bus station (15 mins) so easy to move around island. Small bakery at top of road and Thira main area just along from bus station too.

The 2 resident cats kept trying to get into the apartment. We couldn't keep the doors and windows open at all.

too much humid, no air conditioning although they say it has but i think due to humidity it will not work. Also a very important thing no doors to the bedrooms. 😡 which I didn’t like because no privacy. we had a villa 3 bedroom with jacuzzi inside the room and also private pool jacuzzi. But couldn’t use because of no doors in the rooms everything was open abd I had kids with me.

The location is good but be prepared for a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre. I wouldn't recommend the walk for anyone with young children, particularly in summer. The two swimming pools and the private pool we had as part of the villa are all painted dark colours and they're not that inviting. The water was pretty cold too.

The breakfast on offer was extensive so there will be something for everyone. The rooms were spacious and well equipped and the property is secure with keypad entry for all guests.

Pools were freezing and Wi-Fi didn’t work in some bedrooms. Also too far from Fira with lots of uphill walking for elderly parents.

See above To get to any eating places, you had to walk into Fira which was a seventeen/ minute walk uphill.

The grounds were really beautiful. It was meticulously maintained & had exotic plants.The staff was very nice & wonderful about giving very reasonable rides to the aero port & elsewhere. Beautiful pools all around , although it was too chilly to go in. One thing about our room was there was no dresser & what was provided for clothing was a metal bin , which was not convenient. Also, in order to get hot water in the bathroom sink, you had to have the shower going.

Nothing really to note. A little bit of a walk to the town centre but all good for us

Staff were excellent. Alex was great from the pickup to the drop off. He was also very helpful and informative throughout our stay. Michael also was extremely helpful and also offered good suggestions. Other staff also very polite and courteous. The facilities were great with a choice of pools and a good gym.

KITCHEN FACILITIES WERE ADEQUATE BUT NOT ENOUGH SPACE AND NOWHERE TO PREPARE FOOD.

ROOM WAS VERY COOL AND BEDS WERE COMFY. OUTSIDE THE ROOM WE HAD A TABLE AND CHAIRS AND THE POOL WAS RIGHT IN FRONT WITH A WONDERFUL OCEAN VIEW.
