We liked the food at the restaurant and the room although it wasn’t the same at the picture.

The room was different from what I had seen on Booking. For example the jacuzzi area was not the same, and it was smaller. Also we had booked treatments for the whole afternoon on a specific day, but the hotel recorded the wrong date and there was no phone call for confirmation either. In the end, we only managed to have half of the treatments, in an atmosphere that felt uncomfortable because it was clear the staff had been called in just for us. On top of that, the reception did not provide sufficient information about the process, which caused us to lose time preparing for the treatments. We also did not like the treatment area itself: there was a lot of noise coming from the restaurant next door, and the showers were clogged while we were using them. Overall, we did not feel welcomed by the staff, with the exception of the girl who served us at the restaurant. As for breakfast, we didn’t enjoy it since the options did not meet our expectations.

Gorgeous property and super friendly staff. The dinner menu is spectacular with a wonderful view. We ate twice here because the food was so good.

They should consider installing soundproof windows facing the outdoor area, as it can get a bit noisy. The bed linens could also be upgraded to better match the luxury atmosphere they are aiming for. Additionally, the breakfast selection would benefit from some refinement—fewer dessert options and more emphasis on fresh fruits and vegetables. In addition, they should partner up with a local beach club to offer their guest that option. Like secure a number of seats on a daily basis…it would be a nice option to offer guest. Lastly, some beach chairs with a canopy would be nice so guest could enjoy the outside pool area.

the hotel is gorgeous, spotless and the family suite was so comfortable with a loft and separated bathroom for the older kids. The staff is beyond kind, they gave us the best recommendations for places to visit, were so welcoming and kind and just happy to help us in the most personal and genuine way! we arrived to the hotel at 2 am, after 24 hours of traveling, and we woke up to the most stunning view we could have imagined.

The walk to the old town of Chania is about 25 minutes, we didn't mind that at all, because we enjoyed the walk and the quiet area, but if someone is looking to be in the center of old town- that isn't the case. Again- we enjoyed it very much.

Fantastic hotel, we truly enjoyed our stay. Further from the Chania center of town but within driving distance. The room itself was amazing, we would definitely come back! Staff were super helpful as well.

The location is absolutely wonderful, assuming you are comfortable with a very nice, nearly flat, 2km walk to the port and harbor area, which for us is perfect. The location is directly on the water, and it is not really great for swimming, but it is amazing to enjoy a meal and watch the morning or the sunset! It seems this location and the view are a favorite of instagrammers all around, so if you stay, you enjoy it every morning. I can not say enough about the staff. They are all extremely friendly and supportive with any ask, personable... wonderful! The restaurant also serves fantastic food, which breakfast is included and offered to hotel guests only. Amazing experience to eat every breakfast on a patio with an Instagram worthy view, the sounds of the ocean, and the friendly crew of local cats. The room was also perfect. Large comfortable bed, with nice size double sink bathroom and steam shower, so you also get a private steam room. We stayed 6 nights, and did not want to leave. I cannot say enough great things about this resort. I would recommend it to anyone.

There were no negatives, in my opinion, which is amazing, as I am generally very critical and have traveled around the world. Outsanding! Bravo! Highly recommended. This is a 5 star resort worth of Michelin Guide status.

The summer blanket was thin - so the staff delivered thicker blankets for us the next day. They were so courteous and quick to respond. Always went above and beyond. The view from the room was unreal and it was so clean too.

    Nothing.

We found the hotel by coincidence walking around Chania earlier. Intrigued we walked in and were astonished by the location, the architecture. We booked for a week. The smile and the warm welcome of the concierge at arrival was really nice. The check in was easy but basic. We were told the breakfast hours and the spa facilities were describied briefly. Our room was beautiful with a great side and front seaview. Breakfast was excellent and one of the ladies really entertaining, helpful and welcoming. The housekeeping service was perfect. We walked around Halepa and to Chania daily. We did enjoy the calm and the beauty of the hotel surrounding.

The hotel lays at seafront and has a small indoor pool. Loungers are at disposable to lay in the front at a few footsteps of the sea. Marvelous BUT one never sees a staff member to ask for a drink, etc apart from a menu laying at the pool. It is also very hot in the sun and when we kindly requested an umbrella we never received an answer nor an umbrella. We do appreciate that the hotel does want to show an upscale image and not copy the mass beach effect however the place invites to relax. We did not understand what one or two nice umbrellas could change the standard nor staff occasionally appearing. Overall we loved the hotel but it felt a bit cold apart frim the smiley concierge and the ladies at breakfast.

My stay was absolutely wonderful in every way. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, right on the water and walking distance to the old town. The restaurant food was delicious and staff there were lovely too. This was my second time staying and it was just as great as the first.

    Everything was great!!
