Location, comfy, clean.

The second evening there was no hot water.

It says parking but the parking lot is small and for a lot of hotels/booking so you'll be lucky if you are actually able to find a place for your car. It is also a long walk from the parking to the room. The room was small and there were quite a lot of small insectes inside. Also charging 120 euro for a lost key seems excessive to me.

Absolutely beautiful property great location with lots of restaurants around about a 15-20 minute walk to Oia.

A smaller issue was there wasn’t much hot water. Make sure you read ALL the reviews including the ones on their main website. We had a man squatted in front of our door at 11 pm at night after we got home from dinner. He was very quiet and really spooked and gave no explanation to why he was at our front door. I contacted the owner about the issue and had no idea someone had come by. After reading the reviews online we discovered a man did the same exact thing to many other residents and it was unclear what his purpose of being on our doorstep was. Being 4 girls staying here, we were extremely uncomfortable with our stay. After writing this review I received very rude and harsh WhatsApp app messages calling me a "liar" and "a not normal person" with pictures of our personal belongings that he took when he had come in to check the air. Overall it was unprofessional and led us to be very uncomfortable and on edge during our stay.

Bad Acess . Need to walk with heavy luggage up small dark hilly paths .

I liked the design of the suite, and that santorini was walking distance 20mins or so. There was a restaurant right down the walk way and the workers where very nice. They also had breakfast spots right up the hill you could walk to.

So upon booking I informed them I would be arriving around 1am, with 2 small children alone. They assured me the path was lit, safe, and easy to find. Upon arrival my cab driver became furious that no one was there waiting on us or to help us. It was a very dark, creepy path. With multiple stairs. It took us a while to reach the location, in the process 2 wheels broke off the luggage, the kids where crying their eyes out from being scared and tired from going up and down stairs and routes in the dark. The signs leading to the place are extremely small,and hard to see, at 1am. There are multiple spots where it looks like someone can snatch you at any moment, and if you go the wrong way, it takes a while to get back around. Anyone with bad knees, or heavy luggage, I wouldn't recommend this place. To get to santorini your walking on a busy road, fighting, cars, motorcycle, and pedestrians, it is not for the faint at art. And especially not good for kids.

Nicely decorated and well located apartment in the heart of Finikia, a traditional Santorini village near Oia.

The apartment was tiny. It was advertised as an apartment for 3 people, but we were a couple and struggled with the apartment size in our 7 day stay. There was barely any space to open our suitcases, and absolutely no storage. The kitchen was also a disappointment, as it lacked many of the utensils found in a regular kitchen.
