Couldn’t find a better place to stay in Rethymno. We stayed here for 7 nights. The location is great, right in the middle of the old town. There is one minute walk to the sea, restaurants and shops. Very clean and new furniture as well. Really great value for money. A true gem! Also Tonia and Dimitris are very friendly and always there to help you.

Some nights were very noisy well on into the night etc 3 o'clock 4 o'clock in the morning with small groups of people shouting clapping hands and singing in the square outside apartments. Also there is a terrible smell of i can only describe as sewage in the apartment as soon as you open the entrances door and into the apartments but I think this is an issue in the whole row of apartments along as we were talking to someone who was in an apartment along the street with the same issue of smell. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and would definitely highly recommend 💯

Excellent location could not have been any better, hosts were very good with communication. We would highly recommend these apartments.

wow, such a nice flat, very comfortable bed, super clean, the rooftop terrace was beautiful. There was a cafe outside front playing music until around 22 but with windows closed it wasnt a problem.

Suite A1 has balcony access one floor above the suite. Not a problem for me but some may find it inconvenient. Key for the balcony door was in the room so easy access anyway.

The apartment is newly renovated and is perfectly located halfway between the beautiful old town and the beach. Although the apartment is in a lively area with lots of shops and restaurants and there is a lot going on in the evening, you can't hear anything with the windows closed. The apartment's furnishings are modern and extensive. We didn't miss anything. Checking in and out was contactless and without any problems. When we asked the landlord questions, we received a friendly answer straight away. We were particularly happy about the friendly welcome on our arrival: because we spent our honeymoon in Rethymno, we were surprised with flowers and a nice greeting card in the apartment. Thank you for that!

The street outside is very lively even at night, but the windows keep the noise outside very well. Just close the windows and switch the aircon on while sleeping!

- Comfortable bed with very clean and soft linen, though the pillows were a bit thick. - The shower is excellent and very functional, providing a great start to each day. - The apartment boasts two balconies, ensuring that there's always at least one in the shade, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. - The equipment in both the rooms and the kitchen is well-organized and easy to use, making the stay comfortable and convenient. - Right in front of the house, there's a cozy and stylish cafe that serves delicious croissants and coffee, which was a delightful treat each morning. - Located in the middle of the old town, the apartment is full of local charm and spirit, with many shops and restaurants around while still maintaining a cozy atmosphere. It is also close to the city beach. - The host is very attentive and friendly. - Overall, a very tasteful and comfortable apartment; we felt right at home.

The terrace was located on a separate, upper floor. We would have much preferred it to be immediately off the studio and not have to leave the studio and go up stairs. The actual terrace was a good size, pleasant and overlooked the street and square. The host would only provide one door card even though we requested 2. This was because the one keycard also operated the electricity for the studio. If one person went out whilst the other was in, they could either not independently return and gain entry or the other person would be left without electricity. Ridiculous ! We thought it was expensive for 4 nights stay in September 2024.

Great location - just set back from a retail street, close to the waterfront and convenient for everything. Cool cafe /bar below which closed about midnight and was no problem. Safe and relaxing environment. We stayed in a compact studio. It was modern, well designed and good quality.

It was not always easy to find and communicate with the host. There was a very disturbing and distinct smell in the sitting room that we could not define, maybe comming from the aircondition that probably caused us allergies as we could not stop sneezing during our stay. For those with mobility problems may find it difficult to carry suitcases up and down the stairs as checking in and out is contactless and there is no one to help even though we asked the host he was not available.

The location was central in a great location between the old town and the beach with many shops and restaurants and a lively atmosphere, the apartment was newly renovated, clean, well-presented with modern furnishishings and large veranda. All basic amennities where provided including a washing machine and all appliances were working effectively.
