The neighborhood in which the house is located does not seem to be the best neighborhood in Ioanina, and not close to the city's entertainment center. However, only 15 minutes walk, and you are in city center - with many pubs, restaurants etc. and many young people going out.

The Nightingale apartment we have been in - is a well-decorated apartment, everything is just state-of -the-art. So is all the project. Everything is new and there are all the required kitchen appliances you need. a big fridge and freezer. Separate air-conditioner for the living room and the bedroom. There is an elevator so no need to carry heavy things up the stairs. A private parking is outside the house, reserved for the property guests.

Nice apartment, everything was new and clean. Parking is near by, with enough space. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Sadly we stopped only for a night, but would recommend for longer stay as well.

We stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The place was super clean, with a bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The AC worked perfectly, we appreciated the private parking, and it was very convenient to be able to pay by card on arrival. Would definitely recommend it !

We liked our stay. Apartment is in the upcoming neighborhood and a little further from the tourist attractions. It is walkable but if you are looking for a quick walk along the lake in the evening after dinner it is better to use a car.

The property was extremely clean and modern. It had a parking, nice kitchen and washing machine, We were greeted on arrival promptly and given the keys . The apartment is in the quiet neighborhood and there is a grocery store nearby. The communication was fast and efficient.

Nice, clean and modern flat in a recently built apartment building. Good kitchen, comfortable mattress, fast and stable Wifi. Good contact with the host; you get a code to enter the building and the apartment. Dedicated parking nearby.

Fantastic, ultra modern apartment in a secure block. Allocated parking space was handy as the street didn’t always have parking (great bonus as promises of parking in Greece don’t always come to fruition). Short car ride or taxi to get to the main restaurants around the lake. Washing facilities were just what we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed this property

Very short conversation with the owner who showed us to the room in the beginning, he seemed to be in a hurry.
