A very nice couple runs the hotel. They waited for us with water and orange juice, the accommodation was clean, everything we needed was available. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

We were warmly welcomed at Fortuna Perissa by a lovely gentleman who made us feel right at home. He also brought us a simple but thoughtful breakfast the next morning, with toast, apples, coffee, biscuits, and a warm ham and cheese toastie. The location is excellent—just a short stroll to the black beach—and we appreciated sweet touches in the room, like the handmade doilies. A charming spot for a short stay in Perissa.

Was close to the beach, to bars/restaurants, bus stop - everything was easy to reach. Rooms well-equipped, perfect for a shorter stay.

Breakfast came too late so by the time you leave it’s too hot to do much. A better selection in the breakfast would have been great but was satisfying and well presented.

Excellent Location, close to the beach, clean room every day and parking was very convenient. Super friendly. Lovely little balcony that gets the sun in the morning to eat breakfast and relax in the evening.

The bathroom wasn’t perfectly clean. It’s very far from Thira which is the area where there is nightlife in Santorini, so if you want go out till late, you will have to pay expensives taxis (40 euro or more) to come back to the hotel.

Perfect location just a few meters from black sands (most popular beaches of the island). Affordable price compared to another options in Santorini. The price includes a breakfast which is really good. Giannis, The host was really kind and helpful!

The host and staff are very kind. Everything was like declared, clean, interesting. Welcome was in every little extra thing, as food in refrigerator, printing of tickets on plane, interesting story about Greece. The ratio between price and quality is more then expected. Recommended.

The bathroom is somehow small and makes it difficult to take a regular shower.

It is a few steps from the beach and the beach it’s worthy! You can see the sun rise over there. Also, they were really accommodating, we had a late check in due to delay in flights.

Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was good with fresh cakes, fruit, orange juice and coffee, greek yoghurt. They brought us breakfast all the way to our rooms. The hotel is placed at the center of the Perissa beach, bus stops, souvenir shops, and restaurants are very close. The rooms are very clean and clean every day and change the towels.

Fortuna is a great hotel, perfectly situated in the heart of Perissa within walking distance to all the beaches and island attractions, also it’s 3 min away from a bus stop which will take you to any other part of the island. The owners are extremely welcoming, always ready to help and accommodate all your needs. The lady who checked us in was also very friendly, making sure we have everything we need to enjoy our stay

I loved staying at this place. It is small and cozy and the staff and owner are amazing very welcoming people. Place is really close to the beach and around a lot of restaurants. The price was extremely reasonable and I highly recommend this if you are on a budget. As a pet owner myself I was really happy to see little animals around the hotel. A+ experience.

Zero privacy, overlooked on 3 sides so couldn't leave balcony door open. Air conditioning was non existent it just blew warm air around the room. Sitting on my balcony 1 night the owner opened my locked room door.... Said he made a mistake. Shower has limited space to wash yourself. There is no reception area.
