We spent 2 weeks here in july/August at The back yard ,where we had a great time. Its perfect for a family and it was in a really good location. It has everything you need with plenty of facilities , a tv in every room including Netflix in the lounge . The whole house is fully air conditioned which is great . There are 2 big bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space , and a really spacious living/kitchen area with all facilities you need to make it home from home . There's a cooker ,big fridge freezer ,washing machine , microwave ,kettle ,toaster ,nespresso machine ,juicer . There is also a lovely out door area to sit and relax . I will be returning here again soon to enjoy relaxing holiday with my family .Thank you again to the lovely hosts Sandy and Socrates. See you soon .

I would have liked a hook for the shower, but that's only a small thing and in no way would it stop us from staying here again.

The shower was hand-held, it would be helpful to install a bracket to hold the shower head.

The property is conveniently located close to supermarket, restaurants and a karaoke bar, with a few minutes' further walk to the harbour-side and main beach. It felt very safe walking around later at night, though the immediate area seemed somewhat run down. The apartment was equipped with absolutely everything we might need for a week's holiday, including comprehensive laundry facilities. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with 'home from home' levels of crockery, cutlery and glassware and the bedlinen and towels were of excellent quality. Particularly liked the quiet and easy-to-operate air conditioning, the comfortable beds and the integrated filtered water tap.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

The owner met us and was absolutely lovely, very thoughtful and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable with good quality beds and bedding. Fully equipped with every need catered for. The hotel next door was equally welcoming with great pool to use. The owner and The Agrilli staff went above and beyond. Location was excellent, supermarket just a few steps away and beach within minutes. Thank you for everything!

Extremely well-equipped and spacious apartment. The hosts were extremely accommodating and communicative when my flight from London was severely delayed. They kindly left some breakfast supplies for us in the fridge.

First and foremost, Sandy and Socrates were the most hospitable and genuinely nice people that we have ever dealt with for home rentals. They made sure we had everything we needed and that we were knowledgeable about everything in the house. They took their time to describe how to access and use WiFi, TV, appliances, lights, air condition and door locks. They provided us with business cards and suggestions for local shops and services. They were even able to assist with taxi transfers to airport. Sandy and Socrates were always available when we contacted them and were always quick to reply. We appreciate their friendliness and professionalism. Upon entering into the apartment, the entryway was impressive. The apartment has a beautiful marble tile floor and the area is beautifully decorated with gold and white accents. The first room is the half bath which like the entire place, is extremely clean and bright. Walking further into the space you have a large and comfortable living area with couch and modern smart TV which was a plus for my children. The kitchen was bigger than I expected! I don’t think the pictures do it any justice! We were provided with beverages and some snacks to welcome us to our stay. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and modern appliances. We were even provided with delicious coffee! The next area is the full bathroom which came with high quality towels, first aid items, and basic necessities (toilet paper, hand soap etc.) The shower had really great water pressure. I especially loved the salon quality hair dryer provided for use within the cupboards. It was super helpful to have a washer and clothes hanger for laundry! Next rooms were the bedrooms. We were pleasantly surprised by how much storage there was and how spacious the rooms were. Again, everything in this apartment was very very clean! The sheets, bedding and pillows were all very comfortable.

We've just returned home from spending a week in The Back Yard. The apartment is perfect, it has everything you could need for your holiday. The kitchen is so well equipped, the beds are really comfortable. The shutters and air con give you relief from the heat. It has been refurbished to such a high standard, and beautifully decorated, it feels like a home from home. Right next-door is Hotel Agrelli, the staff there are so welcoming, and the pool & bar are lovely- try the greek BBQ night, you won't be disappointed! Thank you Sandy & Socrates for being so welcoming, and to Chris for the superb cleaning. We hope to be lucky enough to stay in The Back Yard again in the future.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and cozy! The hosts even left some breakfast items for us, it was very nice, thank you! All necessary kitchen accessories and facilities were available. The sea is a 3 minute walk.The owners are very friendly, attentive and helped us in everything! We felt at home and will definitely stay here next time.

A beautiful clean decorated home away from home for us. The backyard had it’s own fruit trees. We enjoyed fresh orange juice in the morning.😁TV’s in all rooms - when it is chill time.
