The hotel is located in a strategic place in Oia. The hotel manager was great! He shared with us a lot of information about places to go and excursions and he was always available. The room was really clean and confortable!

Excellent excellent location. Just a 2 minute walk from the blue domes and the main street. Hospitality was amazing. Kostas took care of us as if we were guests in his own home. Room was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. We would stay here again if we were in Oia.

A wonderful hotel in a perfect location, just a short walk from the main street of Oia. We received a free upgrade to the suite with the rooftop jacuzzi. The room was clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. It's important to mention Kostas, the hotel owner, who welcomed us warmly, pampered us, and provided the best service one could expect – including great recommendations for activities. He was always available and assisted us with everything. We had an excellent experience and highly recommend this place.

I'm not sure if this is the property's fault or just Santorini in general since it is quite high up, but the tap water was sometimes yellow or even brown. We needed to let it run a few minutes before it ran clear again.

The property is smack dab in the middle of Oia, tucked away in a quiet alley, just minutes walking to all the popular hotspots. Not cheap but still decent value for high season in 1 of Greece's most popular & expensive locations. Costas was very kind and assisted in taking heavy suitcases up and down stairs, and gave us some good dinner/cocktail bar reccomendations, too! Thank you for taking good care of us Costas!

Amazing property in the heart of Oia, had very spacious attic balcony with hot tub overlooking the sunset. The lodging manager Kostas was extremely kind and helpful, providing a little itinerary of spots to see and places to eat and drink that ended up being fantastic! He also helped arrange our ride back to port and walked us there to ensure we were alright. Would certainly return here

Breakfast is to order and delivered in takeaway cartons, the options were good but personally would rather have had breakfast as optional as there was no view where you could sit and enjoy plus the breakfast was cold by the time it was delivered and I would rather have enjoyed my breakfast in one of the lovely cafes close by

Brilliant location, very central but on a quiet street of the main thoroughfare. The only thing is if you are on the ground floor you are right on the street. The room is really clean with monochrome decor. Tea and Coffee facilities are in the room.

Breakfast although very adequate could have had the option of been served at a nice cafe with a view instead of a nicely packed combo delivered to our room.

The location for sure which is great just short of perfect if a view of the caldera came with it. John the operations manager dod a great job to personally engage with us from before we arrived to when we were there.

Daily topping up of tea and coffee bags would be great! Plus daily topping up of mineral water of 1.5 litre would be good enough as it is not too expensive as it saves us time to look and locate for stores to buy bottled mineral waters.

Location was excellent being on the boundary of Santorini Town Centre. Room was excellent with ample facilities like fridge, dining table & chair on patio and good air conditioning. Could do with microwave plus helpful if daily top up of tea bags and coffee bags. The breakfast were great and we enjoy the 6 different types of breakfast options during our 3 nights and 4 days stay over. Staff were friendly and helpful in places to visit plus suggestions of eateries for lunch and dinners.

Don't expect any view from the room, the room is not going to be exactly like what you see in the profile pic. It is basically a bed and breakfast kind of facility. Need to walk short distance from the bus stop and taxi stand. There is no onsite parking, if you have luggage you would find it hard to roll the luggage to the nearest transport. This is the case with most of the facilities in that place. so I don't blame the hotel for it, but that is what it you have to be prepared to visit this gorgeous location. Suggestion is travel with light luggage.

Grate location, close to the busy area and as well as the bus stop. The hotel management was willing to keep our luggage in the office until the check in time. And helped us book the taxi to the airport. Inside the room we had a kettle for hot water and a refrigerator. There are couple of chairs on the balcony (this is for the room we booked not necessarily be true for all the rooms) , that was sleek to enjoy your drink on the front balcony.

The breakfast is such an astonishing thing! The view is incredible, and the manager is such a lovely and attentive guy. He literally took care of everything for our time to be incredible! Not only do I strongly recommend The Arches, but I also am positive that, on my next trip to Santorini, it will be my hotel.

John the manager was really friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The room was spacious modern and very clean. Although very close to the busy Main Street it felt like a million miles from it. The access to the pool was fabulous.
