Other guests were throwing some party which continued until midnight. Hotel staff immediately warned them, but they did not stop. Still, a clear silent hours policy shall be in place. Other than that, village itself is quite underdeveloped. The restaurants around are OK, so do not expect so high quality serving/food; enough for Greece

The design of the rooms, existence of a balcony, fly nets, kitchenette etc were top features of the hotel. There is a considerably large pool to keep the toddlers happy, having said that, the beach is at a stone’s throw distance.

If there were a promenade area around the property, it would be an absolutely perfect place to stay — but that’s not something that depends on them. The port of Limenas is about a 15-minute drive away.

A modern, clean, and very spacious accommodation, with plenty of storage space. We had a view of the pool and appreciated that it had limited operating hours, so it was quiet and we weren't disturbed at all. The staff was friendly and always ready to offer support. An accommodation we would love to return to.

I stayed at this hotel with my family in August 2024 and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is situated in a peaceful location, just a short walk from the beach and very close to the ferry dock. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and most importantly, impeccably clean. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a safe environment and amenities that made our stay enjoyable for both adults and children. We found the staff to be extremely polite and respectful, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. In terms of value, we felt that the hotel provided excellent quality for the price, offering a great balance between comfort and cost. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, allowing us to start and end our vacation without any hassle. Everything was perfect, from the lovely, quiet location to the attentive service. We definitely plan to return, as this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

I booked triple room , but it was double and we were in an underground room with no light and very small windows , kinda like a basement and with lot of moisture

1) We got the triple room, floor -1 (basement), it wasn’t so bad like other clients wrote, but there is a lot of noise coming from the hall, the doors are very thin you can hear everything and everyone that is passing by. (The doors are slamming too). 2) There were a dog (belongs to one of the workers-she is very nice) that barked ALL THE TIME, and did a lot of noise that disturb the clients from relaxing. I’m sorry, but It wasn’t nice to hear the dog barks when we looking for relax and sleep.

It was more than perfect ... Me and my wife took the hotel for our honey moon and it was astonishing! Everything tidy is very new, the room is being cleaned perfectly every day, the pool is large enough and always clean, the staff is amazing and friendly, the breakfast is healthy enough and the meals differ. Imagine walking into a brand new room and feeling like you are its first guests - everything spotless and decorated with so much taste. It turned out this was the second season since the opening of this truly boutique hotel. They do deep cleaning after each guest so the impression is that you are the first guest to walk in. And I am a guests who dreams of such impeccable cleanliness in each and every corner of the accommodation. All the staff were very polite and the welcome non-alcoholic drink (as we traveled with kids) was a nice thoughtful touch. Enjoyed some tasty cocktails there at night and amazing rich breakfast in the morning! The suite had everything we needed. Location is great. It is right across the road from a very serene sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas/ trees. And there are other more popular (and crowded) but excellently organized beaches within just a few short minutes by car. The sunset at the beach pier is stunning! We will visit again.

A very beautiful, quiet and modern location, with generous rooms and everything you need for a family, also very clean. Close to the beach, you can serve various things at the pool from the bar and own kitchen. For us it is a place to which we would return.

1. It would be great to have more breakfast options. 2. The beach nearby is just "ok" beach, so it is better to drive to one of the best beaches. Which are not far. Or to walk to the Arriba beach which is much better.

Small ants gather up if you leave any trace of food on the table. Breakfast is a bit disappointing, especially the “american” one. Would suggest arranging your own if possible.

The couch is not that great for sleeping. The entrance door has zero noise cancelation abilities. You can basically hear everything happening on the hallway. The staff leave the doors opened in the rooms they clean for new guests. So the noise gets even better.

The owners of the property are some excelent people and that reflects on every aspect of the hotel. Its an exceptional place with a high end feeling but at the same time friendly and cozy.
