At check-in, they upgraded our room to a seaview suite. Lovely sunset view! Outdoor drinks and dining on the rooftop terrace was totally cool!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The food was a real highlight — both breakfast and the à la carte menu were excellent. Dishes like the tuna tartare and sea drum ceviche were absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great location, only a 10 minute drive to the port. Absolutely stunning views of the harbour, perfect for both sunrise and sunset. The staff were super welcoming and went over and above. We had an extremely early checkout to catch our ferry, and the staff not only helped us arrange a private driver to the port, but they also gave us a complimentary packed breakfast as we were going to miss the breakfast hours at the hotel. The room was modern and clean, and we would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was great, we had a view of the Acropolis, as well as the sea. I didn't think the trip through well, it was just somewhere to stay waiting for a cruise. We arrived really early (6:30am), hoping to drop off our bags, and not expecting anyone to be in reception yet. Not only were they open, but let us into our room about 8:00 am after having breakfast in their rooftop dining area (with great views). Also, a very comfortable bed. I can also recommend the cookies and cream gelato from a shop at the bottom of the hill, near the bay, sorry, don't remember what the shop was called.

Beautiful Roof bar, exceptional views, close to Piraeus port for cruise departure. Great breakfast. At hop-on-hop-off pickup point. Mikrolimano restaurant casual walk away. Lovely , helpful staff.

In July, the upstairs dining area can get a bit windy but the food and service was wonderful.

The team were so lovely and the venue was clean, comfortable and relaxing.

Pillows were not so comfortable

Great location near Piraeus (5 min by taxi) and Mikrolimano harbor (5 min on foot). Clean, nicely furnished hotel with bay view. Very kind staff — we even got a free room upgrade. Comfortable, quiet sleep despite being on the first floor. Rooftop terrace for cocktails is a plus, and on the ground floor there’s free water and coffee machines. Definitely recommended!

My husband and I did a quick trip into Athens to see family and we were recommended to stay at The Alex. The location and property were incredible. What’s good out to us the most were the welcoming smiles from EVERY staff member. That made the stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!
