In over a decade of using the Booking.com platform services both as a guest and as a host myself, this is hands down the best property I have experienced where price point meets comfort, location, and overall customer care. Despina - the home owner of this remarkable property, was the local equivalent of Encyclopaedia Britannica or Google for the younger generation, boasting wealth of local connections, unparalleled island expertise, and the warmest hospitality. Felt spoilt rotten throughout our stay with butler like service on demand: be it Mamma Mia open cinema tickets reservation, exclusive dining bookings, or Aladdin’s cave for the fish lovers in a spot off the beaten track. We also had bespoke tailor made speed boat trip arranged by Despina. The quintessential local experience. An absolute gem in Skiathos and one I wholeheartedly recommend. True 5* from me and my family. Given the option, I would have no qualms whatsoever to return again and make it my base for my next visit to Skiathos and would recommend this property to friends and family.

The location and view from the house was spectacular. Despina, the host, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She organised taxis from and to the airport and suggested and booked restaurants for us. She was always available to help if needed.

It was spacious and well equipped. A wonderful view over the bay from a large sun terrace and only 2 mins walk to the local beach. The location was perfect on the edge of Skiathos town so easy to walk in but close to a beach and local tavernas. Also the main bus stop was just outside so it was very easy to hop on and visit one of the many beaches on the south of the island. Despina was a fabulous host, very helpful with recommendations and responsive. Booking taxis and hire cars. Perfect!

Despina was super nice, responsive, and accomodating and provided us with excellent suggestions on activities, restaurants and anything we needed during our stay. Very good location. Beach is few steps, you can have breakfast just under the appartman at a restaurant with a view. Bus stop 20 meter. City central, supermarket, car rental very close! The view is amazing, owner is very kind, help in everything!

Despina was the most incredible host. The house was beautiful, in the perfect location, and she helped us schedule a driver service to and from the airport, as well as to a beautiful winery on the island. She recommended the best restaurants on the island and even brought my father homemade Greek cookies on his birthday! The house was clean and had everything we needed. This was our first time on Skiathos but we will absolutely be back! Best. Vacation. Ever. Thank you, Despina for taking such good care of me and my family!

The Sea House is by far one of the most incredible homes we’ve stayed at in our travels. It is in a fantastic location, a few minutes easy walk to all shops, the town and the port. It even has parking! It’s also quiet at night. That, along with such comfortable beds and our family of five slept well. We loved the balcony. The view is unobstructed and absolutely stunning. The home is spacious and offers a lot of storage with all of the amenities a family may need. It is also impeccably clean. Despina is a caring and generous host. Her love and passion for the island and the accommodation is genuine and evident. She went above and beyond for us and helped our family not only with our questions all throughout our stay, but also to have the best time on this truly magical island. With thanks to her, we will go back home with the most treasured memories!

The Sea House Skiathos is an amazing home and Despina is an incredible host. Despina met us on arrival, showed us through the home, arranged to meet with us when we were rested to answer any questions we had including; where to swim, hire a car and eat the best food on the island. The house is wonderful, you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The beds are comfortable, the A/C is efficient, and the view from the balcony and master bedroom in unbelievable, you will not want to leave. The house has a fantastic location, it is walking distance to the beach, town, port, supermarket, lots of great restaurants / cafes and the bus top is at the gate. You will not regret staying at The Sea House Skiathos, it really is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful island of Skiathos.

Fantastic location , closed to a great beach with clear water and 5 min walk to town . The views from the bedroom and the terrace were so beautiful ! The house is spotless and decorated in good taste . Our host Despina is a wonderful person, she is available , accommodating , goes above and beyond to ensure her guest are having a good time . We had difficulties leaving the island because of the devastating storm, and she made sure everyone was safe and comfortable , and moreover ensured our transportation plans were in place. Excellent stay all together , will most certainly return !

The accommodation was great - a lovely, clean and comfortable house just 2 minutes from the beach and a few minutes to the centre. Beautiful view from the terrace. This place is really special and we felt at home here. This was mainly thanks to our host Despina who helped us in everything. She arranged taxi, recommended places and beaches, arranged car rent - just everything. The house was kept spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. We can really recommend this place highly!

Very spacious property, lovingly looks after by the very friendly owner (Despina). The bedrooms and main bathroom are on the ground floor, with a fab sea-view balcony from the master and an immaculate new bathroom. Upstairs is the main living area with a wrap around balcony, kitchen and second bathroom with a washing machine. There are so many little touches and extras that it is difficult to list them all, and it's immaculately clean. Although on a main road, you only really hear it from the road side of the property, and we enjoyed seeing all the comings and goings from the kitchen in the evening with the setting sun. The sea views from the other side are fantastic and ever changing, with lovely Skiathos pines surrounding it. Nice walk into town along the coast. Thank-you, Despina!

We had an amazing vacation at the Sea house Skiathos. The house exceeded all our expectations. It was very well cleaned, located near both a nice beach and Skiathos town and the view from the terrace was spectacular. Our host Despina took well care of us and was very welcoming and helpful both before and during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed and even more. We liked it’s strategically location close to the old town and at the same time with beach access within 2 minutes. We loved the breathtaking views from the living room and bedroom as well. It is incredible to wake up to such a view! The house was clean and comfortable. But most of all, we enjoyed the host’s kindness. Despina is a real definition of a perfect host. Very informative, responsive and friendly. She provided us with water, a bottle of wine on arrival and whatever we needed during our stay.
