The apartment smells musty, one of the bathrooms had a broken faucet and water was leaking from the shower hose because it was cracked. In addition, one of the bathrooms has no ventilation system. Due to the high humidity throughout the apartment, there were dehumidifiers in the hallways, which were very noisy and made it difficult to sleep.

We stayed for two nights at The A Collection by K&K, and the villa was absolutely lovely—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, one of the best in Santorini, close to everything and easy to get around. The view was stunning and truly enchanting. The staff were amazing, especially Markos, who hosted us with exceptional kindness and care. He was incredibly helpful and truly one of a kind.

Minor renovations could be made to the bathrooms.

The host was very responsive and received us at the meeting point. He helped us arrange the airport transfer and was kind and helpful to carry our luggage down the stairs. The location is beautiful with an awesome view of the caldera.The host also gave us a tour of the house and answered our questions. The jacuzzi was warm and luxurious and the beds were super comfy with soft pillows. Sadly we could only stay for a day.

easy to meet Konstantinos. We got a parking spot near by. Best part of the stay is the amazing view from a great terrace and the whirlpool in the upper terrace (here would be nice to be able to switch of the light). close to this main street and still far away from it (no disturbances at all).

Humidity even with humidifier it was not dry. Last day our water was cold for shower.

Location was very convenient without needing to drag luggage through the Main Street and climbing long stairs. Markos was friendly and great help.

Just a note for less mobile folks, the stairs to the villa from the walkway are a challenge.

Macros , Konstantinos and Sarah went out of their way to make sure you ahd the best experience possible! View was unbelievable, location to walkway could not have been better.

The nearest restaurant was a 10 minute walk, but we order delivery instead.

The host met us at the airport, transported us to the property, and even transported us back to the airport for a super early morning flight. What could be more convenient?

I would expect a dressing/standing mirror in the room. The only mirror in the bathroom is a little bit dark and small. Also the room is very humid because of the indoor hottub/jaccuzi. Need to open the dehumidifier all night long which is a little bit noisy.

The room got a perfect location, in the centre of Oia, offers easy access to the main road (via Melitini), few mins walk from bus station, cannot be more convenience. Surrounded by decent restaurants, shops and attractions, makes its perfect for someone who wants to stay in town centre. The room has a private terrance with Caldera view, offers bonus for traveller who wants privacy: tourists on Main Street cannot see you sitting in the terrace.

The underground jacuzzi made the rooms a little hot/humid, but the included humidifer helped.

The location is phenomenal. The owner went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. We had a great time exploring Oia. The outdoors areas had a nice view, excellent place to relax. Good for a larger group.

The location is very easy to access and most importantly with amazing sea view. The host also helped us to transport our luggage from parking lot to the residence.

No microwave in the kitchen

This property has a stunning view of the caldera. It has a hot tub which we could use even though the weather was cold. This property is conveniently located close to the various viewing points in Oia and the bus stop. We rented a car and it was good to have the free parking. Konstantinos was a warm and welcoming host. He helped with taxi bookings and car rentals.

The AC was not working The water from the shower back flowed to bathroom floor from the drain. I think the sewage system is not very good in Greece
