Thalia rooms is an exceptional guest house and it felt like home to me ! The view is magical and the rooms offer the most satisfying and comfortable stay ! Everything was perfect, from the moment I booked the room till the time I departed. The communication was excellent with the owner and I was fully informed about the area and the most interesting activities the area has to offer. Nice smallish guest house with cozy tasteful and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful host. Enough facilities for a short stay. Good location to visit Meteora and in terms of grocerie stores and taverns or bakeries. Enough parking.

No negative points whatsoever

Great place, exactly as advertised, decently priced, amenities galore. Location was perfect. Restaurants and bakeries close by, host recommendations were spot-on. The host provided great advices on what to visit, additional sites of the beaten path, be sure to ask Ritsa about all that. Very good mattresses and BEST PILLOWS ever, we slept perfectly. Room has plenty of lights, bathroom (a bit small but very functional) is vented well, plenty of clean fresh air in the room.

The lighting is a bit dim and one of the main lights had a flickering issue, but wasn't a big problem

The host Ritza was very friendly and welcoming, she sat down with me and helped to sort out my itinerary during my stay and gave very good recommendations for restaurants and off-the-beaten-path things to do, which I took and did not regret. There was an issue that arose with one of the other guests, which when presented to the hosts, was dealt with promptly and professionally which I very much appreciated. The room - very clean - cosy interior, bit alpine - size-wise, my room was definitely big enough for one person and a suitcase - impressive mountain view Prime location to close by monasteries that hikes are definitely possible, close to a decent choice of bakeries and restaurants. Has a carpark right in front of the accommodation which was very convenient. Very good value for money, would recommend staying here if you want a good time in Meteora.

No frypan only one big pot and one small saucepan. No pans to use in the oven. Can’t use the washing machine. Have to wait for cleaner to do it or the owner/manager to. That is fine but is not how it reads in the description.

Everything like mattress pillows furniture and kitchen were great quality. Our welcome was friendly upbeat and informative.

The AC was not working well. It was not cooling the room mostly its fan just worked. Also room lights were very dark

The hostess is an amazing person!! She made a very warm greeting to us. Then she made a quick guide within the flat on how to use the facilities (they have a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, bottle, fridge in kitchen as well as small one in the room, they even have a washing machine). On top of that the hostess gave us very useful tips on how we can navigate through Meteora (she showed us several routes based on our available time) and she suggested us a very nice taverna with reasonable prices where we dined in both our days that we stayed in Meteora

Beautiful appartment, loved the supply of proper coffee and coffee maker. Nice room, proper kitchen. The host gave a lot of useful information about the area. We really enjoyed our stay in Kastraki and in Thalia rooms.

There was no seating area other than the kitchen chairs, but we were out hiking/exploring all day every day, anyway, so we didn't really miss having a place to sit and relax.

The locaction is quiet and beautiful, perfect for hiking to the monasteries. The room was comfortable, with all that we needed for our stay. We appreciated the kitchen facilities with nice windows by the table; we got breakfast items from the bakery, and it was great to have dishes and utensils available. Ritsa was very helpful and communicative, providing a lot of information on places to go and things to do.
