Everything- super clean, and perfect location. Sebastian, the host, has thought of everything, perfect welcome pack and also everyday essentials (toilet rolls/ wash liquids etc). The pool area is wonderful and the perfect place to relax; very quiet and private whilst only being a short walk (6 minutes) to the lovely square of Lardos. Sebastian was amazing, checking with us that all was okay whilst also giving us the space to relax, he even let us know the time the cleaning team would be with us! Would highly recommend a stay in this exceptional villa.

The living space was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The outdoor space and pool were perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and we’re sorry to leave! The accommodation was truly perfect. The hosts made it really special and were there to help us with anything we needed.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and all the facilities including the pool were much bigger than we thought they were going to be. The host was incredible and couldn’t do enough to help our holiday run smoothly. It was close to a cute little village however to go else where on the island we rented quads but also renting a car would be good, taxi’s can be a little difficult to find however the host helped in whatever way he could. I would 100% recommend this villa and would stay again.

Absolutely nothing.

The pictures as lovely as they are do not do the property justice. It is clean modern and has everything you could possible want. We arrived late at night, Sebastian met us at the villa to show us round and was incredibly helpful through our whole stay. Water and other welcome supplies were there on arrival. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the village and set in a very peaceful private location. Would thoroughly recommend.

Few cats less but impossible I guess

The villa is close to the village centre but in the nature at the same time. Really nice building quality with chosen materials. Both in and outdoor areas offer enough space for best holidays. Swiming-pool even bigger than on pictures with very clean water. Rare for holiday homes, the car can easily be parked inside the property thanks to electric portal. Special thanks to Sebastian and wife.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. Having Lardos just a short walk away was ideal - a lovely village with great places to eat and numerous shops. Sebastian was very helpful and sorted our transfers for us. A great place - highly recommended.

Be really careful getting into the pool as the steps are very slippery - four of the six of our family slipped on several occasions.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at this beautiful villa. From start to finish, Sebastian’s communication was excellent and he went out of his way to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. The villa was furnished to a very high standard with everything you could wish for. There isn’t a huge amount to do in Lardos itself but the locals are so friendly. The villa is less than a 10 minute walk from some lovely restaurants (Valantina’s, Lartos, Roulas and Patrikos) and three supermarkets. We also visited Apostolas bakery for fresh bread and delicious cakes most days. You can get by without a car - there is a taxi rank in the village square, and the local buses are frequent and fairly easy to navigate (€2 per person into Lindos). We had a really relaxing time here, thank you.

The location was perfect - is a smaller, quieter village with the friendliest people! The house & property itself was wonderful - it really turned into our home for our holiday and that's exactly what we were looking for. Having our own pool, that was a shallow enough for our younger daughter was ideal. We made some incredible memories here as a family and encourage others to do the same - you'll love it too. I liked that Sebastian met us at the property & explained a number of things about the house when we arrived, helping with our luggage. He also did the same when we left the house.

Minor gripes, not worth mentioning. More a case of us getting used to the villa than anything else.

Ok, so let me start by saying that our host, Sebastian, was amazing. Such a kind and attentive person (while also with a great sense of humour), always making sure that we're having a good time and that we have everything we need. He graciously greeted us despite our late arrival (1:30AM) and he explained everything while making us feel at home. He made sure to leave something to eat and drink for us, a nice gesture especially considering that we couldn't buy anything at that hour. The property was also perfect for us. A modern and tasteful interior and a chill and relaxing exterior. The photos that you see basically reflect the whole reality. There's a big living room and kitchen (with all the basics provided, such as plates, glasses, cookware, coffee, oil, etc.), nice clean rooms with comfy beds and all the amenities, a decent-sized pool, nice terrace and a barbeque (we didn't use it, but it looked like you can throw a nice barbeque party with it). The bathrooms were clean and perfectly functional. The washing machine and the dishwasher were also a big plus for us. And every appliance worked perfectly fine. In terms of location, the villa is 5-10 minutes away from the centre of Lardos (depending on how fast can you walk), but also away from all the noise and bustle. It also had private parking, which was again very helpful for us. Definitely recommend it for a group of friends or a family.

The villa exceeded our expectations. The host is an extremely friendly person. The villa itself is on par with a 5-star hotel, equipped with everything we needed and even more. We are very satisfied and would love to return again.

The villa is new, well thought out with every detail and accomodates a family vacation perfectly. Sebastian is friendly, helpful and takes care the stay will be as pleasant as possible. We were greated with fresh fruit, wine and a fully equiped kitchen to make for an amazing stay. The villa far exceeded our expectations and is definetly a very high recommendation.
