Sweet Pop Hotel is located in the center of Fira. They gave me a beautiful room with a stunning view, and waking up to that was truly a dream. The receptionist, Mia, was amazing she explained everything to us and was always available to help. The room was very clean and quiet. Thank you, Sweet Pop Hotel!

It’s right in Fira, so super easy to walk everywhere, but still quiet enough that you can actually relax. The room was perfect, clean, and we had an incredible view. I loved how everything felt fresh and well thought out, down to the little details like cold water waiting in the fridge and blackout curtains that actually worked. The staff were amazing, so friendly and genuinely helpful. We were given great tips for places to eat and watch the sunset. The pool area was an extra bonus.

The steps to get to and from the hotel are a bit awkward with luggage, and the bathroom was a little cramped, but no major issues.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Fira, walking distance from the bus station. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room is comfortable. The pool area is lovely and I had a great stay for what I felt was a good price.

My friend and I absolutely loved the hotel and will recommend to all family & friends here in Ireland💚 Thank you to all staff in particular the two reception staff we met through our stay & room cleaner lady. Very kind & helpful. I wish to mention the kindness of the female reception staff member upon checkout let us leave our luggage at reception while we went out to get breakfast and also offered us to go to pool, use toilet and relax around hotel before getting taxi to airport. Your kindness won’t be forgotten & we are very grateful. Thank you so very much☺️

Goin to hotel from main road is a challenge especially if you have luggages since it will be a lot of stairs. But you could request the hotel for luggage assistance and it will be perfect. They will take your luggage for you and just give them a tip.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Mia the receptionist was super amazing and super friendly. Her presence and aura makes a wonderful day ahead.

Small room and no mattress protector.

Location and very nice staff. The room was clean. We were able to leave the bags after the checkout and offered to use the swimming pool and shower.

There was a strong odor of some kind of deodorant that stayed in my clothes. I could still smell it when I went to my next destination, also the bathroom smelled kinda bad. Apart from that, it was all good.

The people working there were so nice and helpful. The room was clean and in great condition.

Amazing staff and a really nice view from the 3rd floor rooms. Good location, next to the center of Fira. Easy parking only a couple minutes away from the hotel. Would be glad to revisit in the future. Recommended

Our stay was exceptional. Beautiful decor and great balcony. Quiet location and close to centre. Pool was perfect to cool down. The room was spotless and the cleaning staff were so lovely. The manager Mia is the best. She is so warm, friendly and always smiling and happy to arrange all our transfers. Highly recommend.

The room was perfect, shower perfect everything was amazing and the fridge came stocked with water bottles, something you don’t expect from most accomodations And the I think the lady’s name was Mia, she was the receptionist very very sweet always smiled and offered her help with everything! She made my stay amazing!

The Location is spot on. Very clean room everyday they clean your room change the towels and so refreshing when you come inside in your room. The view is amazing because we booked with balcony. I love the interior of the room because its so light for my eyes. Lovely staff they will ask you if you are okay- her name was Mia she is so thoughtful and charming. And kudos to the cleaning team too I was amazed.

What is like most about this reservation was the receptionist Mia. SHE IS THE BEST! I feel that she is the best part of this hotel. Everything ran so smoothly because of her! Thank you once again, Mia. Also, I would totally recommend using their transfer.
