No pool bar at one pool so had to go up and down to get drinks. Lift to beach level not working the whole time we were there. Food not amazing. Plastic cups for drinks. Some areas need refreshing.

Towels in rooms should be changed every day, not every two days. Hotel must focus on small details- cleaning elevators...bye time to change furniture...because of that they are taking bad comments. Great potential of hotel....but yes, there are lot of better 4 star hotels for sure in this moment

I saw all negative comments but i booked hotel for 4 days without some big expetations . For price for what i booked, it was very nice. Room is good, view is perfect, beach is nice, food is good., animation team is good. You have green bus station close to hotel.

There was lack of bottled water only in gallons and in public places. That was a big surprise for all inclusive hotel. Also, towels and bed linens haven’t been changed during one week stay.

The location is wonderful. Beautiful view, clean and warm see. Perfect place for family.

The food choices were very much the same each day and information was limited upon arrival which meant we missed out on a few things within the hotel during our stay.

The private beach was very accessible and great fun! The animation team along with bar and restaurant staff were great with our family and the on site store made it easy to stay on site which was helpful with it being a little secluded. Nice large open plan hotel with stunning views that cannot be missed. Booking.com hotel communications went above and beyond to help both our stay and travel to the hotel, which was amazing.

The sea was amazing. There was a small but cute beach. The food was delicious. The room was comfy and clean, bed as well.

The position of the bungalows meant that there was a steep uphill hike and too many steps every time we went to our room. Unfortunately with it being so far from everything and the heat meant that it was a lot. The food wasn’t terrible but it also wasn’t great, we found it to be quite bland a lot of the time. The drinks could also be better as they’ve opted for the cheaper versions of everything, including the alcohol which could barely be tasted despite being the glass being 50% vodka/ 50% mixer.

The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make our stay pleasant. The spa was exceptional and everything you could hope for! The scuba diving an unmissable experience and the instructors were very knowledgeable. Everywhere was very clean with staff coming round constantly to collect glasses and clean tables.

Really old hotel - as if they are just waiting for it to fall apart. Missing map of hotel, missing info of more than just meal schedule. Hotel facilities are old. Food more or less the same each day (9 night stay). Old stiff spring beds, old broken and quick-fixed bathrooms. Towel/spa lady totally uninterrested in making sure there are clean towels available (4 days in a row we were told - Sorry, come again next day). Not worth the price.

Hotel beach is nice, although crowded (middle of september). Staff is helpful and friendly (except spa).

The hotel and furniture are quite old and in a state of decay. So if it is not renovated soon, I don't think it will work for much longer. Although it is written that it is forbidden to leave towels on the sunbeds in the evening so that they can wait for you in the morning, do not be surprised if you cannot find a free sunbed in the morning.

The food is excellent, the hotel and rooms are clean and the staff regularly changes towels and bed linen. At any time during the day you can eat or have a drink in the bars. The pool on the seventh floor is quiet and you will be able to swim and relax in peace. The view from the terrace on the second floor is phenomenal.

Some of the elevators didn't work, so there were lots of stairs to get down to the beach.

We paid 11 000 SEK for 2 adults and 2 children for 7 nights (last week of september) with all inclusive. For that price it was very good value for the money. The hotel is old but it is lovely situated and the water is fantastic.

The cleanliness of the place was not up to standard. Often the food hall was grubby and like floors hadn’t even been swept. Everything was shabby - the rooms were grim and smelt musty, the pool was literally crumbling away (some kids were throwing and skimming the little broken off tiles and almost got my toddler in the face.. and also toddlers legs were constantly covered in scratches from sitting on the pool edge) coffee was terrible, too much smoking on the terrace it wafts into the food area. Staff were miserable (with the exception of reception and the lovely gents that cleaned our room) as in they reprimanded us for filling up our water bottles - which is not allowed. Appalling amount of plastic used - cocktails, beers etc in small 200ml plastic cups.

Small but significant wins for this property - our bed was very comfortable, the air con was working, the pool was large and refreshing, the beach delightful, the views are stunning. We enjoyed the cocktails - gin fizz particularly, our room with the pool access directly off it was large and convenient for us. The food was tolerable. It was a very cheap all inclusive stay.

I felt that the rooms could have been cleaner as there was mould in the shower. I also that that the food could have been better and less repetitive.

The view was amazing and the beach was gorgeous. The man who works in the shop was so lovely too!
