There was an issue with the breakfast - if you order a stay with breakfast be sure to confirm they take care of it because they forgot about it when we came. They supply your fridge with produce, good produce, but it's not the same as being served a full breakfast in a dining room. Also, the location is as remote as remoted can be in Santorini. There are some nice spots in proximity to the hotel, but the real attractions of the island are at least 30 minutes ride.

Extremely good value for money, we took the room with the hot tub because I had doubts about the pool rooms. I regretted this choice when seeing what the pool rooms actually looked like. For the small price difference - it would have been worth it.

It has everything you need for true relaxation: breakfast in the room, a private jacuzzi, a pool with an amazing view — and most importantly, peace and quiet. The rooms are super cozy and charming, and the photos you take there turn out amazing! A special thank you to Marta, the owner — she is wonderful! We would gladly come back again.

The pool loungers no longer have cushions which makes them quite uncomfortable.

Great location with caldera views. Away from the busy cruise ship areas of Fira and Oia. Rooms are comfortable and clean. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool bar serves great food and drinks and are also very friendly.

Sunset Faros lives up to its name with beautiful picturesque sunset views! Place is very well run by Martha and her brother. Special Thanks to Martha's Mom for the yummy breakfast. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The Pool was amazing too:)

Beautiful property in a quiet secluded area with ocean views. Every night we enjoyed the Santorini sunset from our private hot tub! Daily breakfasts were delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. Martha and the rest of the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The hot breakfast, looked amazing, was cooked perfectly but the eggs and bacon were stone cold, which obviously let it down. AC was ok, however the AC gas needed recharging as was a little warm on one night where the day temp was rather high.

Hotel staff were engaging and knowledgeable and super friendly. Our room had a plunge pool outside which was delightful. The main swimming pool had a lovely sunset view and wasnt too busy. If you're looking for a quiet stay, away from Fira/ Oia this is the place for you. You will need transport to get anywhere on the island, which runs at 40euro a trip to pretty much anywhere with the hotel taxi. You can get a quad bike (dont do it), or hire a car if you think youre going to get around the island There is a family run restaurant a 2 minute drive away called the Good Heart. The food is local quisine and is outstanding. We ate there twice, on each occasion there was a good mix of both locals and tourists. They will also pick you up and drop you off at the hotel for free. For 2 people - 1 shared started, 2 main courses, a greek salad and 1 litre of house wine was 50euro. The hotel booked our sunset cruise at 160euro pp. Well worth the money. The cruise was with santorini star. Pick up/drop off, food, open bar. The food was excellent. The catamaran only entered service this year. BOOK IT, you wont regret it. The hotel faces west, so you get a lovely view of the sunset as it dips into the ocean. We will definitely go back.

-Hotel is remote and not close to the public bus route -Shower cubicles need a place to rest your soap and shower gel.

-The view from my hotel room looking straight out onto the sea. -The Hotel is super clean -The swimming pool is semi infinity and very large in size, with jacuzzi and mini water fall. -Hotel is situated in a calm and quiet area -Amazing sunset views -Breakfast brought to your room -Super friendly staff. Martha and Irene are always happy and willing to arrange taxis for you to go anywhere you like, and are both a fountain of knowledge.

The shower was very bad, it didn't work properly (very low pressure) so the water was very poor.

The breakfast was very good, they serve it in the room. Very good location, close to the lighthouse, the panorama was great and the receptionist girl was very kind, friendly and helped us with many infos.

The hottub. No way to regulate the temperature and it wasn't hot enough. When pressing the button, it was too rowdy to be comfortable.

A staff member entered the room without knocking and we were in the hot tub :) The shower was loose, it wasn't attached to anything (the wall for example), the water went everywhere.

Quiet and private. Nice to have the breakfast in the room. Hottub on the terrace, could do with some blinders maybe or a parasol. Reception was super nice, always answering our questions :)

Best hotel we have ever been!! That hotel with that view and the private Pool was just awesome - the bed right situated after the door so you can watch the wonderful sea and sunset in your bed when you open them from the room we booked. The room is cute you find everything you need there. The pool with the sunbed in it let us feel like in heaven - what a wonderful life we had here. It is EXACTLY like in the photos. Breakfast really really good and served everyday to our room and we could enjoy it next to the private pool again with the great view. I already recommended it to some friends. After checking out we were allowed to use the big hotel poolshich has also a great view. All employees were really gentle and nice. I have absolutely nothing to complain. The location of the hotel was perfect for us since we like it calm and also we had a rental car so no problem at all to go to the tourist attractions all over the island within a view minutes. the private parking spot is also a big big plus :)

Nothing, we loved the place.

Sunset Faros was fabulous for us…and saved our holiday after some poor hotel experiences. Our room (upper floor with outdoor jacuzzi) was beautifully decorated, fresh, modern, welcoming and bright, with a breathtaking view of the caldera. We liked to watch the cruise ships arriving…Marta, the owner was lovely, she moved things around to enable a room upgrade, was charming and helpful.
